I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. I was very pleasantly surprised by this car. Living in Colorado where we get a lot of snow it's very helpful to have all wheel drive vehicles with high ground clearance. I've always been more of a sports car type of guy, having owned Jeep SRT's in the past and driven some V8 Grand Cherokees so I was hesitant at first to try this one out. What surprised me the most about this Laredo is how light it feels and how efficient the V6 engines are on these models. The maintenance are so affordable and manageable on this car vs the high performance bigger engine models. Personally I've always been a bigger fan of the larger rims with thinner tires for the aesthetics but the wheels and tires on this model have done so well in the Colorado snow seasons and are so smooth when driving year long. The interior on the Laredo's are a bit basic and humble but not bad overall. I'd say that the biggest pro of this car has been its reliability and affordability on its maintenance. I've never felt like it had too many parts that could break and when a part did need to be replaced it was always quick, easy and very affordable.

very honest and transparent . we had a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. the car checked out great except two tires were pretty choppy. Lucas quickly got approval from manager to replace the front brakes and rotors as part of the purchase agreement. great car deal and experience all around.
