The employees were happy to answer every question I had, funny and ready to work. I am a direct and fairly grumpy person by nature, they weren't phased one bit and didn't try to distract me while I looked over the vehicle, let my partner and I have space to discuss the pros and cons privately. I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

My husband and I did NOT want to buy our 2nd Prius (bought the first new) from a dealer. This 2010 Prius with low mileage was pristine. Dave Duda was no pressure and went the extra mile to get the car to Flemington from Doylestown for us to see. I knew we weren't interested in any additional packages for the car like service agreements, roadside assistance, etc. but felt I had to sit through them with a manager. I didn't like that part. No pressure but I knew I wasn't going to buy any of them so...why bother? Dave is your guy!

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

This car has everything we need and more. 4x4, looks, performance, can be towed behind an RV. Includes sun roof, rear camera, safety braking, more. Rides great.

I’ve owned many Jeeps over the years and this year and model has by far been the best in quality and performance The vehicles interior is exceptional in comfort and wear.

I have had Marcy, Joe, and Anthony at the Collision Center work on my car twice. In September and November, the team at Schumacher Collision did a fantastic job repairing the damage and the paintwork. Marcy is knowledgeable about the insurance process with USAA and is communicative. Marcy is also very good at estimating the work time and sharing delays. Both Anthony and Joe worked very hard to have my car repaired quickly and correctly. They share their knowledge about the repair process and any potential issues that could delay the repair. I greatly appreciate the safety assessment determining whether I could continue driving the car while waiting for parts. They promptly submitted all documentation to USAA and informed me directly or through Marcy. Any concern brought up within the week after the repair garnered an immediate response! Having my car repaired by them was a privilege, and I hope I do not see them any time soon! LOL. I recommend them to anyone with a tri-coat! ------------- Individual Visit Reviews---------------- After my first accident, I had difficulty finding a professional body shop that was interested in listening to my concerns. When I purchased the car, I was strongly advised to avoid paint damage due to the challenges of correcting the iridescent pearl tri-coat. So when I had the accident, I was concerned the car would look terrible, especially after reading horrible experiences online with other tri-coated cars. When I called Marcy after seeing the Schumacher Chevy, she reassured me that the team has worked with tri-coats and informed me of the repair process. Marcy's knowledge helped me get my car into the shop and locate a local enterprise for a decent car rental. The car looked great afterward, and I liked being informed of the process. Joe went over the car repair with me and ensured I was satisfied. Joe also informed me of any significant issues Schumaur Service Center could handle. This was in September 2023, and repairs took about two weeks. Luck would have it. I would return in November of 2023 because of a buck accident. As devastated as I was, Anthony completed my assessment and informed me that I should not drive the car for safety purposes. By this time, my lights were practically gone. I was informed that the repair would take some time, but I was happy that my safety was prioritized. They also completed a service visit to ensure everything was working fine before returning it. Like before, I was updated on what was going on, such as how long it was expected to take, why; when my parts arrived, and when the car was in the service shop. Joe and I reviewed the car again with no concern. This repair took about eight weeks.

Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep
