Jay was my sales guy. I walked in the store thinking it was for financing! Not knowing I was actually going to drive off the lot with a new car, without a co-signer! He asked all the right questions, and answered all mine including the person he was training! He was very educated and knowledgeable of anything and I was uncertain or didn’t understand, and while training the new guy that I didn’t even know was training (because he was that smooth and knew a lot) was very calm patient and consistent on making sure you left happy! I have a 2022 Jeep Compass that I am very happy with but was getting frustrated not knowing how to delete map locations! I stopped in and CARA was available to walk to my vehicle w/ me and show me how to delete old locations on my I-phone! She was super helpful and patient/ w/ me!! Cara needs to be recognized for her patience and caring! She is a true asset to your organization!!

Great little vehicle for the money. Good amount of space inside, easy on gas and fun to drive. Can park anywhere! It could do with a little more power but it does fine as is. This is my third Renegade I have owned and I love it. I will buy another one for sure!!

I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. My wife and I bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade as our first major purchase together about 5 years ago. In that time we have fallen utterly in love with this car and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something compact that still feels roomie inside. As a nanny, I love that the back seat can fit 2 car seats and a booster with enough elbow room that the kiddos arent in each others' space while still being close enough to the drivers seat for me to hand back snacks and take their trash when they're done. The entertainment center is far from flawless but once you get connected to it and everything set the way you want, its awesome! I love having google maps pulled up on the screen with my music/podcast/audiobook next to it.

ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

Interior is absolutely beautiful. Still a big enough vehicle that it doesn’t feel like a regular sized car but not a huge suv. Still a gas guzzler though.

I dealt with Todd and he made the process extremely easy. We were coming from 2 hours away and were able to complete most of the legwork before we arrived.

Well balanced designed to take you on rough drives without confort sacrifice. Excellent driving position that makes a pleasure to drive. Giving you full control and a sense of security when driving on slippery roads. I drove It over the Rockies and the Sierras enjoin the beauty of those places.

Vehicle handles well easy to park and maneuver I don’t like the fuel tank capacity very small also I don’t like the fact it has no spare tire unless you purchase it for three hundred plus you offer a air compressor which is great for a slow leak but don’t get a blow out in the boondocks you’ll be screwed. I don’t think a space saver spare will break the bank.

I went in to Spitzer Motor city on Brookpark to buy a used car and they surpassed all my expectations. Tony Nemmi was my sales person and was knowledgeable and patient. The sales manager Bob Paradise personally came over and thanked me for my business. The finance manager Jessie made sure I understood all of my own decisions. "WOW"

I have a 2021 Jeep renegade that I bought in November 2023 for $24,000 and change. It had 4400 miles on it. Of course, at first, I loved it. The auto four-wheel-drive, the big screen navigation /stereo system. the fact that the back seats lay down. If you take the headrests off, they lay flat. Then I drove it for awhile and here is the lists of ‘add ons’ it should have. 1)The door pockets up front are just to small. 2) The center arm rest console could be bigger. 3) The dash is too deep. Jeeps dash should be shorter, like a truck. 4) The seats should have seat warmers (even my old Nissan Juke had seat warmers) 5) The hatchback has no interior light so in the dark, you need a flashlight to look for things, remove groceries etc. 6) There is space for a spare tire but since this edition came with ‘flat free’ tires (idk the actual name for them) that space could have been made larger for storage. 7) When the back seats are up, the storage behind them is very small and limited. I realize this is a smaller SUV but I expected a larger space back there. 8) I have almost 14,000 Miles on it now as of 7/27/2024. I do feel the transmission either slip or shift sometimes. 9) It took me over a month to learn that if the car is cold, it will not start unless your seat belt is buckled. That’s a fact. 10) It handled the very very well in the devastating ice storm that payed a 1/2 inch layer all over the Pacific Northwest last winter. That auto 4 wheel drive truly works! 11) I had to buy seat belt extensions for the back seats as It was difficult to engage the seat belts into the locking belt.. It sits deep into the seat and I have grandchildren who like to lock thier own belts in. They can be found for sale at most Auto Stores for around $20 each. I recommend you get them. That’s about it. Overall, I love my Jeep Renegade. I think the price is very high considering the items missing but overall, I am going this will last me a good 10-20 yrs…

I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Bought a new closeout 2025 Sierra for thousands less than I had been seeing elsewhere . No tricks. No gimmicks. No add ons . Trade in price was high as well . Dealt with Travis Steyers .

Read some of the negative reviews thinking we may have gotten lucky with ours. We still own our 2017 Trailhawk that my wife uses for commuting to work. Bought it used from Hertz with 24K miles late 2018. Of course we bought an extended warranty. Sure enough, the right front brake caliper froze. Had the whole front braking system replaced under warranty and never had another problem with the brakes. Only other problem we had was an occasional transmission hesitation that only seems to happen when I’m driving it. Happened about twice a year. My wife never experienced it because she drives like an “Old lady.” Oh, cigarette lighter fuse burnt out one time while using an air compressor. It was a royal PITA to replace because it’s hidden deep under the DS dashboard. You’ll have to remove the knee panel to get to it with very little space. We have the smaller screen infotainment system. Very basic but works ok. Backup camera is small and barely useful, but works. Engine noise can get loud from a four cylinder Tigershark. Other than those issues, this Trailhawk is a blast to drive. The Tigershark is a beast and enough to get this tiny AWD out of any spots where most of its direct competitors would get stuck. I didn’t like its AWD at first until I realized that the “Fresh” tires Hertz installed before we picked it up were cheap asian made all season touring tires that were slippery on any road surface. After replacing them with proper tires, this tiny SUV can go anywhere though i still wouldn't dare bring it to where the "Real" Jeeps can go. I've taken ours through gravel, sand, mud, some rocks, and snow. Hasn't failed me yet. Knock on wood. We've driven it from FL to NJ without any problems. It's tight inside as expected. The engine pulled our heavy load easily. We've also been blessed to own a Tigershark engine that doesn't burn excessive oil. Yes, they do exist. The ride can get jiggly from the short wheelbase. Handling is good with good tires, but treacherous with bad, cheap tires. One note on the realtime AWD system in normal mode. There is a slight lag transferring power to the rear wheels. Similar to most realtime AWD systems in the market at this price level. Our Honda Pilot with VTM4 torque vectoring AWD system doesn't have this issue as a comparison. Follow a good maintenance schedule with this little beauty and they can last a long time.

Regular maintenance was done in a timely manner. I can't think of anything more to say 25 words shouldn't be a requirement. Why?

I Really like this car I bought it used and have driven it for a good couple of months Car works great love the jeep style on the outside and inside you'll never forget what your driving! Two complaint's are that the car rumbles quite bad and my cars transmission likes to have hiccups but everything else about the car is great.

The three years I had this car, I didn’t run into any major issues. The Uconnect radio that Chrysler uses could be better but other than that it was a C great suv to me!
