St. Charles Nissan review
I was interested in test driving a Nissan Kicks . We were assisted by Mason who was very helpful and knowledgeable . He explained everything to us about the vehicle. 2024 Jeep Wagoneer review
I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
Excellent service. I go to this location for servicing my VW vehicles and yesterday purchased a nearly new Taos. The Sales man (Jeff) worked to find out what would be most suitable for my requirements (long commutes and night driving) and what would fit into my limited budget. The whole team (service, sales and finance) worked seamlessly together to get an optimal solution to my predicament. Jeff and the Finance/Lone gentleman stayed well past closing time to get the paperwork completed and get me on the road with a nearly new vehicle. I would strongly recommend the Merle Hay Lithia to anyone wishing to have a stress free purchase without any heavy sales pitch performance. Audi Des Moines review
I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!
2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
Our 22 Wagoneer Series II is awesome. So quiet and the ride quality is like there's a layer of cream cheese between the road and the tires. Totally reliable, nothing but oil/filter changes. Super roomy and comfy interior.

Bob Brown Chevrolet review
I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Bob Brown Chevrolet on New Years Eve 2025. We had only a very short window of time to get the deal done. My salesman was Nolan Mitchell. Nolan was very responsive, communicated well and was hungry to do business. He handled the sale perfectly! I knew that there would be extra challenges and risk because this was an out of state purchase. I am in Massachusetts and the truck was in Iowa. I bought the truck sight unseen. When the truck was eventually delivered, it was everything I had hoped for. Initially, the truck was missing a spare key and transmitter. Nolan made sure that, in time, I got the spare key and transmitter! Other dealerships maybe wouldn't have done that for me. I think this speaks volumes about their character and how they do business. Other challenges included getting the truck registered and titled in Massachusetts even though it was purchased in Iowa. Mass RMV does not make things easy! Bob Brown Chevrolet's title department worked with me every step of the way to get the truck legal in Massachusetts. Kelcey Firestine in the title department was simple awesome! Thank you Nolan and Kelcey at Bob Brown Chevrolet! A+++++++ Job well done!
2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
We have a 2022 Wagoneer Series II rear-wheel drive. It's got nearly 47,000 miles on it now. We absolutely love it. "Silver Zenith" exterior and the two-tone black/Baltic salt interior. It is SO roomy and comfortable, and quiet! Ride quality is smooth as the suspension absorbs just about anything. The exhaust note has an amazingly deep note to it. We love this Wagoneer.
