Service was excellent. Called the dealership inquiring about a 2010 honda civic. The sales representative, Shane Heimberger, put me on hold to verify the car was still available and physically held the keys so it wouldn't be sold while we were on the way to view it. Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. Purchased the car, and they delivered it the next day to my home over an hour away. Very pleased with the service, would definitely recommend them to a friend.

CarMax Dulles review
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
Many have had issues with electrical on this vehicle. 99% of it is loose grounds under the hood. And fully trickle charge your truck battery. We love this thing. Better than the Tahoe by far. We have the W3 with air ride. I have the hemi 5.7 and get 21 miles per gallon on the highway. You must use the the dealer to align the vehicle. Especially with air ride.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
We have a 2022 Wagoneer Series II rear-wheel drive. It's got nearly 47,000 miles on it now. We absolutely love it. "Silver Zenith" exterior and the two-tone black/Baltic salt interior. It is SO roomy and comfortable, and quiet! Ride quality is smooth as the suspension absorbs just about anything. The exhaust note has an amazingly deep note to it. We love this Wagoneer.

2024 Jeep Wagoneer review
I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
Our family purchased a 2022 Wagoneer Series III 4WD. We drove it across country over 2600 miles through rainfall and snow to visit family in the mountains. The 360 camera view is crisp and bright. High/low beam lights have a wide span while driving, it’s easier to see at night. The brakes are sensitive, but effective. It has a 5.7L V8 engine and does well on mileage. Acceleration is great. Climate controls, media player and hands free capabilities worked great, they can sometimes be slow to make changes.The drive was comfortable, the vehicle handled very well. We even had lots of storage space for belongings. It comes with full 2nd and 3rd row seating, lots of lower car seat anchors for kids.All 5 of our kids were happy.My only complaint is the classic wood grain could only be found in the grand wagoneer.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. Beautifully made vehicle. Drives very smooth, very spacious and comfortable. Leg room in backseat is great for tall passengers and seats recline for best comfort.

2022 Jeep Wagoneer review
Many have had issues with electrical on this vehicle. 99% of it is loose grounds under the hood. And fully trickle charge your truck battery. We love this thing. Better than the Tahoe by far. We have the W3 with air ride. I have the hemi 5.7 and get 21 miles per gallon on the highway. You must use the the dealer to align the vehicle. Especially with air ride.
