I wanted to share my experience with Mike Rush at Summit Subaru and his manager, Romeo. When I first visited the dealership, I was honestly unsure about moving forward since my credit is still a work in progress. I didn’t think getting approved for my first car would be possible yet. CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
