I stopped in and CARA was available to walk to my vehicle w/ me and show me how to delete old locations on my I-phone! She was super helpful and patient/ w/ me!! I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Bob Brown Chevrolet on New Years Eve 2025. We had only a very short window of time to get the deal done. My salesman was Nolan Mitchell. Nolan was very responsive, communicated well and was hungry to do business. He handled the sale perfectly! I knew that there would be extra challenges and risk because this was an out of state purchase. I am in Massachusetts and the truck was in Iowa. I bought the truck sight unseen. When the truck was eventually delivered, it was everything I had hoped for. Initially, the truck was missing a spare key and transmitter. Nolan made sure that, in time, I got the spare key and transmitter! Other dealerships maybe wouldn't have done that for me. I think this speaks volumes about their character and how they do business. Other challenges included getting the truck registered and titled in Massachusetts even though it was purchased in Iowa. Mass RMV does not make things easy! Bob Brown Chevrolet's title department worked with me every step of the way to get the truck legal in Massachusetts. Kelcey Firestine in the title department was simple awesome! What a wonderful time I had shopping and buying a car for my husband. We know what we wanted. We narrowed down our search to two cars in two stores. We went to the first store further away from us and were not happy with the service from the start. The car was ok, but it's much more to us than just the "best price". Thank goodness we found the car store. Got the perfect car, for an unbeatable price and MOST IMPORTANTLY had the absolute best time during our purchase. Seems unlikely to enjoy yourself during a stressfull time like buying a car, but they were absolutely WONDERFUL. A special thank you to Gene the owner, who made us feel like family.
