Dennis Freeman and Mike Santos made my family's 11 purchase a no-brainer. I was getting ready to take my 4-hour drive round trip to pick up a new truck for a family member. Until Mike called me and offered to deliver the truck on his day off. This type of customer service that keeps me doing business with a dealership full of Red Sox fans.
