Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. I drove 11 hours each way from Alabama to purchase a truck and trade mine in. I was very impressed with my salesperson, Jonni, and the rest of the staff I encountered. I had a slight issue after the sale with my taxes and tags, which is being resolved. I would do it all over again.
