I am following this up with a letter to Jimmy Brafford. Both my wife and I have a combined experience of 70 years, working in customer service for two large organizations. I have watched Russ and how he interacts with his service team. He is right on track for directing, training and coaching a good service effort. As for my own experience, the best way I can explain it is that I trust Russ. Mechanical problems are difficult at best. Russ has demonstrated his ability to be approachable and responsive to my service needs.
