The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

We stopped by the dealership today to look at the 2024 Explorer. Gilman was the first person that approached us and showed us several new vehicles. He was very professional and knowledgeable with us. It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

The 30 day return document is a formality that will not be honored. 4️⃣ Review the Financing Terms – They Explained that none of their advertised EV cars get the discount it is just a way to get people through the door but they explained my financing options, including interest rates, monthly payments, and any potential hidden fees, so there were no surprises. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

I have bought new and used from this location, best people to interact with, service is great for oil changes and everything too. I cant say enough about how great they are.

This is my 2nd Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love it!!!! I ordered it new, so I have all the bells and whistles I wanted. The SOT is fabulous. It is so fun to drive and I get compliments all the time about how beautiful it is. Receiving ducks and giving out ducks is a blast. The Jeep wave is awesome, too. Wranglers also keep their value.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

My Sister and I were having one of the worst days of our lives. We had been car shopping all day, and there were plenty of cars to be seen. There just weren't any "quality" cars in my price range. All the Lots we browsed just didnt seem to take any pride in their cars. They look raggedy. We felt spent, and disappointed. We were about to give up, and drive home, and thats when we saw E-Smart Auto. Finally!!! We found a Dealership that really knows the value of a dollar, and they wanted to prove it. After we parked, the dealer came out and asked "What are you looking for?". We both looked at each other, and said "The cheapest and most dependable car you got.". We expected to be treated like paupers, but the dealer led us to a beautiful "LEXUS"!!!! Oh My GOD!! It WAS Super cheap, beautiful,ran great, and even though they were practically giving it away,.......it was still out of our league. The dealer looked at our disappointment, and realized we had a virtually non existent amount of funds. To our surprise, he looked at us and said "Im going to talk to my management about you." and he left, but before he did he pointed out yet another car we knew looked out of our price range. He said "I'll get the keys.". I got in the car thinking "I really like this car, but it's obviously another car that cant be mine.". I was wrong. That car is sitting in front of my house right now. Do you know why? Its because most dealerships only care about your money, and commission. The Dealers who dealt with us at E Smart Auto cared about my financial situation. After finding out that they weren't going to make any money off the deal, they still went the extra mile to make sure we had a good running, good looking car, and a great buying experience. This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

Dylan was my salesman. He is the best. Dylan knew i covid-19 and he called everyday, even when i was at the hospital he still checked up on me. He helped me with all my paperwork that needed to be done. He made me feel great whit the whole deal he treated me like family. When I came home from the hospital he had his crew deliver me some dinner. They delivered a pizza and a 12 pack of sodas. Dylan is the best sales person I have ever met in my life. He treated me like i was royalty, he should be named salesperson of the year for Virginia. I will send a lot of people to buy an automobile from dylan. Dylan worked with you good credit bad credit, he went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. Dylan got me the best deal possible and bumper to bumper warranty, he still calls even though I finished because of my covid-19. Dylan is a good person, great salesman, and a great man. driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

We were looking for a moderately priced Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a teenage son and this one fit the bill. For a roughly 8 year old vehicle it was well taken care of by previous owners. Although the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won’t be confused with a luxury car for its ride and comfort, they are adequately appointed and fun to drive. That’s where the saying, “it’s a Jeep thing “ comes from. All I know is that in our area they are very popular and our teenage son will thoroughly enjoy it if he can ever get it away from his Mom.

This review is for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Willys. I had traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Sahara. So I know these Jeep’s not only last a long time, but are reliable. The new Jeep is beautiful, runs well, and is fun to drive. Exceptional on road and off road performer. Snow, rain, sleet, or mud, this Jeep can handle pretty much any conditions.

Chris and Dennis took great care of us again. We just purchased our second pre-owned vehicle this year from them. They always are straight forward and willing ton go the extra mile. I'm sure we will be back again
