Great customer service. Repairs done in a timely fashion. Everything was explained prior to being done. Nothing unnecessary was done. I was able to either stay at the place or be taken home.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Fast quick and effective. Went to 3 stores before theirs and theyre the only ones that found, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Enjoyable waiting room and price was reasonable

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Fast service and in and out. Service reps are awesome. Was able to talk about new lease options while waiting on my service being done.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

Towne is a wonderful place to shop for a vehicle and I leased two Jeep’s from them. I am now kind of sad my salesman Greg did not reach out to me and try to keep me as a customer when I told him about a lower price quote from another dealership while shopping for a new Jeep. I waited a week and he never contacted me to see if he could work out some kind of deal with me as a current customer. His only response was he can’t match that other quote without even trying to rework the numbers And I never heard back from him.

I couldn't be more happier with my transactions with Towne Hyundai. I Bought a Santa Fe from them in July 2019 and no fault of theirs I had some problems with the car. each time I brought it in, the service department (especially Mike) went above and beyond to make the repairs seamless and get me a rental and explain what happened. Between Bill Kuhn and Steve Davis they worked diligently to find me a different car I would be happier with. I must say that I had high demands and was somewhat borderline annoying with all the questions and demands and tearful calls and yet in the end Steve contacted ME when a car came in he thought I'd like. So, that tells me that Towne (especially Bill and Steve) care about their customers even after the sale. Steve could have just waited for me to contact him when I saw a car online but he didn't. This is my 2nd Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love it!!!! I ordered it new, so I have all the bells and whistles I wanted. The SOT is fabulous. It is so fun to drive and I get compliments all the time about how beautiful it is. Receiving ducks and giving out ducks is a blast. The Jeep wave is awesome, too. Wranglers also keep their value.

Looked at 2008 taurus that weren't sure about. Drove it, interior and exterior were in excellent shape. The car proved to be excellent. Andrew made the transaction terrific. NO pressure to buy NOW. Went back next day and bought it. Picking it up was just as easy. It was washed, waxed, and looked new. Drives great, low mileage for 10 yr old car, check these guys out.

I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

NY State Inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. As usual, everything went smooth as silk. Very pleased with the service department again. They always treat me as if I was special. Makes it a pleasure to visit.

Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

Both cars were bought site unseen - first time to ever do that for me! Sight unseen was quite nerve-wracking for me. This review is for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Willys. I had traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Sahara. So I know these Jeep’s not only last a long time, but are reliable. The new Jeep is beautiful, runs well, and is fun to drive. Exceptional on road and off road performer. Snow, rain, sleet, or mud, this Jeep can handle pretty much any conditions.

As a first-time car buyer from this dealership, I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Due to the distance from where I live and the location of the dealership, I did not personally visit and see the car up close before I purchased it. The sales personnel were extremely accommodating when answering questions about the car. Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.
