I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

Excellant Sales service from Sid and Ed the manager at East Hills Jeap Eagle dealer. I worked out the best deals for 2 Grand Cheerokee jeeps that my wife and my self just leased ! We were very happy with the outside and interior colors as well as pinstripping that we recieved as well ! The contrats were seemless and everthing was done with the insurance company and DMV for us. Due to my wifes bad knees Sales Rep Sid helped find on the internet automatic iluminated side boards that automatically extend out so as it is easier to step into the high jeep and then when you close the door these side boards automatically tuck themselves under the car. Ed the manager helped get some money back on these automatic side boards due to my wifes diability ! Again it was seemless everything went well! We have been doing business with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Eagle dealer for the last 25 years where everyone in my family has purchased a Jeep as well as my son Jeffrey who purchased a Dodge Ram SRXcharger which my son still has after 9 years and is in perfect working order. 2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

Novak Motors, still a hidden gem but…. Things have changed. My first time buying a car at Novak was an unexpected pleasure. Found them online claiming a no-hassle pricing policy. So, I went in and met with a sales associate named Laura. Told her I was looking for a Santa Fe. She said ‘we have eight of them. I found one I liked and we sat down with the car fax. I asked what they could do on the price and she said ‘nothing, that’s the price’. Well, I had already done my homework. Their cars seemed to be priced all at the lower end of the Kelley Blue Book range. Fair enough I thought. I asked if I could have my mechanic look at the car and she said ‘sure and if you find anything wrong, since the car was still under warranty, it would be taken to the dealer and fixed prior to the purchase’. With that said and done I came in to buy the car a few days later. Ok, here comes Amy the finance person. I’m ready for all the usual stuff that you deal with at the dealership. But no, just a little paperwork and Amy had me out the door in about 30 minutes. So now let’s jump ahead about 5 years. Is Novak still a place to buy your car? Yes, but there are changes. Namely a man named Mike who is the sales manager. Now when I talked to a sales person they have to go to Mike. Then Mike comes to me. He’s a big guy and he’s playing that sales manager role we have all seen at dealerships. I asked him if he could do better on the price testing the waters. ‘I can come down $500’ he told me (so much for no haggle). Now I’ve already done my homework and Mike is being deceiving. The prices online were $500 lower than the sticker on the car. When I asked him about that he said ‘that they haven’t updated the stickers yet’. That was another lie. I had been in the showroom on and off for over a week and been looking at their website regularly. He also negotiated several times on what they would give me for my trade in. Telling me he was going to lose money when he sells it at auction. At the price he paid me he probably will. I’m sure in his mind he can offset the loss to corporate by claiming his sales numbers. I hope corporate isn’t that blind to his games. Now jumping ahead, I decided to buy the car and gave a deposit three days prior to month-end. Afterwards, Mike says to me that we need to close the deal by Saturday (last day of the month). I said ‘no problem assuming my credit union processes my loan, if not we can do it Monday’. With that he gave me attitude. I said Mike ‘I’ll do my best but either way I have given you a deposit and we have a signed binder’. His reply was ‘I don’t have to honor it and can pull out of the deal’. My response was ‘really Mike? What kind of dealership high pressure garbage you pulling here?’ So here are the main changes at Novak: Mike Mike Mike Seems whoever brought in Mike has made a mistake. Mike has a past history of working at car dealership such as Ford from what he told me and has brought that atmosphere into Novak. Simply put, he’s a bully and likes to throw his obvious weight around. He walks and talks the stuff that we’ve all have experienced at car dealerships. Prices of the cars are now about $1000 higher. Obviously, giving Mike room to drop the prices which clearly violates their no haggle policy. He purposely prices the stickers higher than the website and then claims he hasn’t updated his floor stock yet. Bottom line, would I go back to Novak again? Yes, I would. The cars Novak sells are clean, single-owner lease returns. Out of hundreds of lease returns, Fusion gets to selectively choose which ones to sell thru Novak. They are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. They are still within KBB but as I said because of Mike they are higher and you have to negotiate some. One of the main reasons I would still choose Novak for my next car is because of the finance staff of Amy and Frank. I hope Novak’s corporate office wakes up and gets rid of the dead weight that’s bringing them down, Mike.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

My family has bought vehicles from the Bayside Dodge Jeep dealership in the past and have always been pleased with the smooth service, however we have never had to bring any vehicle purchased from them to their service department, as we haven't had any issues. After purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from a private sale, I noticed it had a transmission leak and had trouble finding a shop that would do the extensive repair. I ultimately decided to bring it to the bayside dodge jeep dealership to ensure the job would be done correctly and was more than happy with the process and result. The service managers Bob and Eddie were extremely helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to keep me updated and informed with the status of my car. They got the work done fast and at a reasonable price. My 2008 jeep wrangler now runs good as new! 2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

We went there expecting the normal nonsense that goes on with dealerships trying to get you to spend more than you wanted to. We meet with Haron the sales rep and from there the entire process was enjoyable. He was attentive to what you were looking for and what you wanted to spend. He managed to get us in the car we wanted and the price we wanted to spend. He was a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to go back to him for another vehicle. This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.
