I factory ordered a 2025 Tahoe LT and after a questionable period regarding the order and its delibery George and Karley persisted with my special order and it DID arrive in time for us to use the new vehicle for our trip west to the major national parks. I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

My boyfriend and I don't speak English very well. But the assistants in Carmax are very patient. They helped us a lot. We bought the BMW x3 and are satisfied with it.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

Was in need of a pick-up truck , shopped all my local dealers ,and no one had anything close to my needs.Went online to search the country. The red Ram 1500 classic with regular cab , 5.7 hemi, 20 inch chrome rims , class 4 tow hitch was found .. One problem its 211 miles away . Called and spoke to Steve Ross , asked if the price was true and yes it was .No games , he made the buying process pain free. Towing was a major point to make sure the truck was the right one, before taking a deposit he checked the Vin number with Ram and got the true towing weight , it was perfect .. Ran the credit card , then the process of wiring money and receiving all the paper work I needed to get insurance and registration was very quick sent overnight from a New York dealership to my home in Massachusetts ..Truck was then shipped and delivered right to my front door step, in perfect clean condition . None of that B.S. of " I have to go talk to my manager " . Main Motor Car price was so good that with the 500.$ shipping added on it was still the best price then anyone local had and it was the exact truck I was looking for . At 53 years of age and not very computer savvy Steve made the process pain free and took photos the whole step of the way ...I made a friend out of this purchase , How many people can say that ..Still waiting for my local dealerships to call me with what I wanted ... I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

The only draw back is the location of the small battery for the keyless ignition. It’s located under the fuse box , very hard to access to replace . Gas milage that I get is 18 city 24 highway . Only 28 k in 6.5 years . When new I did get 27 highway and 20 city . Even if you fold up the back seat not alot of storage . Performance is outstanding . Back up camera is a big help .i had a 1993 wrangler , no comparison . Great winter and summer drive .

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

I went to multiple car dealerships and each time I spoke with a sales person and set the parameters of what I was looking for and my budget, everything I said was disregarded and at one location they quoted a lease payment of $219.00 per month and when I went in to see the vehicle, the price changed to $419.00 per month!! On the verge of giving up and just keeping what I had, I looked one more time on line and saw a vehicle I was interested in. I sent an inquiry in to Mohawk Honda and that's where everything changed!! A saleswoman named Amanda text me and asked a convenient time to call (which I appreciated because I work during the day). We ended up texting and I advised her of my price range and what type of car I was looking for and within an hour she sent me two leads on vehicles and included the warrantee information, the car fax, the service records and photographs! She answered every question honestly and always with my best interest in mind. When I said I was interested in one of the vehicles, she asked me to send photographs of my trade in, along with the registration information. Within one hour, I had a reasonable offer for my trade in and we made an appointment to look at the car the following day. I arrived early and she was ready!! She sat and went over all the information and got the car for me to test drive. I asked about one concern about the vehicle and she immediately said she would have the mechanics look over my concern. The car is beautiful and was everything Amanda described and promised. We went in to do the paperwork and there was no wasting of my time, she helped me transfer insurance, get the pay off on the trade in, went over the new vehicles information and I spent less than two hours to seal the deal. Every other dealership had me there for almost four hours and to be honest, with lots of empty promises. I have NEVER had this great an experience at a car dealership, where it felt like they had MY best interest in mind foremost. I liked that my interaction commenced with Amanda and then I was able to continue to work with her through the closing. She is absolutely down to earth, considerate and quite amazing. I watched the entire team of salespeople interact and they were all so helpful to each other, and genuinely friendly and happy. I never said "I have a Car Dealership" before, but I do consider them my Car Dealership and would start and end every vehicle search with them. How refreshing to have an experience like I had with Mohawk Honda. And for the other Dealerships that were a dissappointment...you could learn alot about how to conduct business by watching them! They are doing it right!!!

We own two 2018 Compass'. We have bought 3. We bought a 2007 brand new. It was a great car for 10 years and it got totaled. My wife currently drives a 2018 Compass and I just bought a second 2018 Compass yesterday. She drove a 2017 Ford Escape for while and didn't like it so we went back to the Compass. These are not without there issues. My wife's transmission started to get a hard shift last summer at around 55k miles. We had the trans fluid changed and currently at 65k no issues, no hard shifts. The dealership says that it is a "life time fluid." I don't agree. Find a good mechanic and have the trans fluid replaced every 30k miles and you should be fine. It cost much less than the one thousand dollars the dealership wanted to change it. I've also heard that the 2.4 liter Tiger Shark engines eat oil. We've own my wife's car for 3 years now and have not noticed any oil consumption. It's our travel car, and my wife travels a little for work so it puts on the miles. Smooth ride easy to drive for long trips, a little wind noise but it's not bad. The interior is nice. It actually has just a little more cargo space than the Cherokee. Infotainment is okay just a few quirks that I don't like but nothing major. The sound system is in my opinion one of the best. They changed the body style in 2018 and I think it's a really good looking car on the outside. The one I just bought is white with a black roof and blacked out badges and rims. Overall it's a great car and they are affordable. Do you research and make sure it's got a good service history. Best of luck!

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.
