My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The communication with the service technician was great. The brakes worked great!

2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

K.C. (Kyle) was very helpful and explained the purchasing process very simply and matter of factually. He was courteous and respectful and eager to do what it takes. I exchanged emails with him for awhile before going to the lot. I made an appointment with K.C. so he would know I was coming and be available and have time for me. K.C. had a couple or three trucks for me to look at that was based on my email feedback. The test drive process was very easy and quick (or as long as I wanted). Took about an hour or so to start the approval process but that was including my test drives. I was hoping to get it all done in about 3-3.5 hours and took about 4.5 but that was no fault of K.C.'s just the time it takes. I strongly recommend to use K.C. anytime you are looking for a vehicle. He will show you respect and no pressure.

My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

Was helped by Mark Shaw, told him upfront don't waste my time and I wont waste yours. He didn't, traded in a truck and was out the door in about two hours total, pretty fast for a busy Saturday. The longest part was waiting on the bank to approve. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used car or truck, he was very helpful.

This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

I was very satisfied. They do not harass you, or try to pressure you, the staff was very friendly, they had a huge variety of very clean and beautiful cars of high quality. They gave me top dollar for my trade in. The buying process was fast and easy.

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

This is my 2nd Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love it!!!! I ordered it new, so I have all the bells and whistles I wanted. The SOT is fabulous. It is so fun to drive and I get compliments all the time about how beautiful it is. Receiving ducks and giving out ducks is a blast. The Jeep wave is awesome, too. Wranglers also keep their value.

We were in the market for a new van, and would casually check online for one at the right price. We saw one come up for the Decatur location and I sent in an online inquiry that evening. I was contacted the next morning by Lane who was very courteous and willing to help. When we came to look at it, he was very knowledgeable without being pushy. We never felt cornered into something we weren't sure about. He was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. The manager we also interacted with was great. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Honda Decatur and I'm sure it won't be our last!

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Shane Black is the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with. I absolutely felt no pressure in the buying process and he quickly provided the information to all the questions that I had. I purchased the truck from out of state and drove to get it. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was out within 30 minutes on my way back. Everyone was very pleasurable and knowledgeable. I ordered a truck bed and it came in after I picked up my truck. Shane drove and hand delivered it to me (out of state) on his off day. That speaks volume about his commitment to his customers. I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

I hate buying 'new' cars. I hate that awful feeling of being took advantage of. I hate the feeling of paying too much. I hate dealing with dealerships. After spending half my day at a local mega dealership in Decatur,Al I got fed up and left. We drove 10 minutes to Hartselle, Al to a smaller dealership , Eddie Preuitt Ford. Right away I new they were different. The Preuitts, family and kids are there playing in the lobby. It's a very friendly welcoming experience. The place ain't fancy but why does it have to be to sell a car? Jason, met us at the door with a handshake and after a small discussion of what we were looking for he tossed us a set of keys. We test drove Two cars. About 2 hours later I was signing the dotted line. The price was so low, so reasonable i almost felt bad for the dealership. We left Eddie Preuitt Ford in our new car. This is how you treat people. This is what customer service should be. We will only deal with Eddie Preuitt Ford.

Worked up a deal with Dalton. We didn't come to a complete agreement but it is nothing against the dealer and definitely not Dalton. I went to Mitch Smith Chevrolet for a new vehicle because that is where my daddy found a hood used vehicle for me. Samuel Tucker is the salesman who helped me throughout the process. And he was awesome. See I had never purchased a vehicle without my daddy in my 50 years. He passed away in 2022 and I was scared to do this alone. But I wasn’t alone. Samuel was right there with me holding my hand. The vehicle I found online was actually in transit and not on the lot the day I went to buy. So 6 or so weeks later it came in. I went to test drive it and almost had a heart attack. Samuel ended up driving me as I was so nervous doing this without my precious daddy by my side. He walked me through the process once I said yes and ta da! It was done. Worst part is having to pay for it. But that is with everything you buy. I found a new friend that hot day in 2022 who has turned into a life long friend. I send everyone to him if they are looking for a vehicle. I tell him all the time that 2022 Silver sage metallic Traverse is the prettiest vehicle he’s ever sold. (But the 2023 Tahoe in that color is really nice too.). Samuel is a God fearing man and will do you right.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Our 22 Wagoneer Series II is awesome. So quiet and the ride quality is like there's a layer of cream cheese between the road and the tires. Totally reliable, nothing but oil/filter changes. Super roomy and comfy interior.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.
