Ted is amazing! He is down to earth, and excellent communicator, and Honest! We get all of our vehicles serviced here because we can communicate with him, determine what does actually need to be done, and get service and repairs completed the way they should be. We only have Toyotas and Mazdas for now, but our relationship with Ted is going to make our next purchase a NISSAN!

Friendly sales personnel who deal with you in a straightforward way. The service department is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facilities are smaller than some dealerships, but they are clean and offer more personal attention than the larger dealerships.

Actually found my Jeep at another dealership in Cary, NC. The sales team at Empire went to Cary, picked it up for me, and I took delivery the next day. Barton and JJ went the extra mile to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Michael, the finance Mgr, was also extremely nice. He didn't try to "force feed me" on all the extended warranty options. He actually listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want. GREAT job by the entire team at Empire.
I guess it's the attitude of the people who work there. Relaxed. Genuinely friendly. Helpful. You don't find that in very many dealerships, I guess. Josh Harrold is amazingly good at his job. He deserves a raise!
The best car buying experience to date! My mom is a disabled veteran and is on a tight fixed income. She was looking for something with room and a few bells, nothing fancy. We looked at almost 10 different Jeep dealerships. They all wanted to put her in a car that was barely bigger than what she had and they wanted to charge more. We got the run around and the brush off for weeks. Until we talked to Josh Harrold. He went through hell and high water to find my mom the car she wanted with the extras she liked AND it was EXACTLY at her price point.
