I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

Fantastic customer service. Tristan was great. Greg and even the GM, Armando. Highly recommend working with them. Last minute, we found a large scratch and they were actually embarrassed it had been missed. Jumped on fixing it and offered to deliver it to us when done. WOW factor!

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

Been dealing with this dealership since 2002 when I bought a new Jeep Liberty and now many Jeeps and 22 years later I still go back and get the great customer service and friendly atmosphere since day one. Other dealers need to learn from Kelly, they set the standard and going above and beyond is the normal for them. Look forward to another 22 years!

New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. It was great to see him and the whole deal took only three hours. Alex explained everything about car and paperwork. He remembered us and his personal touch was sincere. No pressure. John in financing was extremely easy to work with. I love the service department too. This is a great dealership.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. So I was done dealing with him and was planning on going to another dealership. Then I figured I?d give them one more shot and Amy Rodrigue and Nancy Vega made my experience as I would have expected. They were super responsive and listened to me explain my issues with original salesperson.
