While having my Ram 1500 lease serviced which is ending in 2/19 I wondered into the sales dept saw a Charger AWD that I was interested in I sat in the vehicle and was thinking this is my next lease vehicle I WAS IGNORED BY THE ALL THE SALESMAN WHO SEEMED MORE INTERESTED IN THEIR PHONES OR TELLING A STORY!!!!! NOT ONE ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME !!!!
I did a lot of online research for the vehicle I wanted, after numerous days and hours I found out this was the only dealership in 75-100 mile radius that had the trim and color I wanted. I was a little skeptical about driving an hour plus to another state to purchase a vehicle but I can now say it was definitely worth it. I did a lot through the phone and as the salesman (Charlie) promised once I got to the dealership I was in and out. I spent exactly an hour there, he was very helpful and also like he said no BS, what he offered was what I got, they worked with me as they knew I was coming from far, so I definitely recommend this dealership and if you go ask for Charlie. I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.

I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.

I worked with Jack Daniels Porsche and their sales team to purchase a certified pre owned 911 targa. I live several states away, and buying a car unseen in person takes a lot of trust to do. I worked with Marty, and he did an amazing job describing the vehicle, and sending me additional pictures to help me make an informed purchasing decision. Marty did an exceptional job of explaining the vehicle, and how it rated in comparison to other Porsche models, as well as other similar models available elsewhere. His professionalism was exceptional, and he never pushed me into a decision to purchase, but rather educated me on if it was right for me. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would work with Marty again.
