I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

As soon as we walked in the door, McKee greeted us and made an easy and enjoyable experience for me, my wife and a new baby to get in a new car more suited for our needs. The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

My husband and I had the best experience here! I've been a customer for years, owning several vehicles and using the parts and maintenance shop for different things. For this visit, we were able to purchase a 2022 Toyota Rav 4. We had several options picked out from weeks of research, so we got ahold of a representative for one we were interested in. Aaron Bunderson was the one who drew the short straw to help us. My husband and I are a HARD sell; we do our research, ask all the hard questions, and have very specific needs. My husband is also a seasoned mechanic and knows his stuff. Aaron was not intimidated and super genuine and comfortable answering and gathering answers to everything we threw at him. It was like talking to an old trusted friend. If only all the other dealers were like this. We've had some very bad experiences in other dealerships. Aaron did a wonderful job for us and fought for us to be happy from beginning to end. He is definitely an advocate for the customer and works hard to do a great job. I will now send everyone I know to buy a car from him. We also had the pleasure of working with Clara Thorson for our financing. We had a particular lender in mind, and she went above and beyond to help us secure that lender with the best rate they offered, waiting an extra hour for them to adjust the rate to reflect our excellent credit. We were completely ecstatic with the excellent service we received from Aaron, Clara, Ty Camphouse in the maintenance garage, and the guys at the parts counter. It was a total team effort, and we couldn't be happier. And, I found a car I'm very excited to own. Thank you for providing me with such a wonderful experience! I'm excited to be a loyal customer to Murdock Chevrolet and use them for all of my automotive needs.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

McKee was so awesome. He made the experience so enjoyable. He was able to answer our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he asked the other team members. I would highly recommend McKee as a sales person. I honestly can not think of anything negative about our experience with McKee. We test drove 4 vehicles and finally decided on a corn flower blue 2025 Taos. It's pretty! 💎 It took us about 3 or 4 hours make the decision. We apprecated the time that McKee gave us. The manager and finance person were great also (sorry I can't remember their names). They were knowledgeable and professional. This was our second vehicle that we purchased from Murdock. Our first vehicle was a 2016 Jetta. We had it for about 10 years and took great care of it and had it serviced there. We did trade it in and we got a great deal. I would highly recommend Murdock VW when you are searching for a new vehicle. All of the team members were great. We plan on continuing to have it serviced there. Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Nice guys. They showed me their prices and fees. The test drive process was incredibly simple. Almost too easy. When it came time to start the buying process I didn’t understand all the fees and more fees that changed the price of a 2011 Camry from 10,900 to up around 13,000. I appreciate they gotta make a living and they’re a little shop…but I’m little too. I ultimately didn’t buy, but like I said, nice guys and way easy process to test drive a vehicle.

This Jeep is undoubtedly the best of the cars that my fiance and I have owned. In the two short years since we bought it, we've taken it to southern Florida and back three times without any trouble. It's been reliable and for me, pretty comfortable. Love our Jeep!

Needs oil filter conversion so oil doesn't drain back, Google it..good power, goes anywhere , better than the 2 door for smoother ride,, I would buy again

I actually love it! I bought it second hand and it runs really well. The car is well isolated, the AC works great. It is very comfy and the gas is not running low as fast as I was expecting to (based on online reviews). So, I am actually positively surprised. It looks great with a retro flair, provides good visibility which speaks for a good design. All in all, for the current price market is a good deal. A straightforward and simple car that works great.

I visited Murdock and one other car dealership before I went to Rich's and all of the salesmen were complete crooks. If they weren't showing me vehicles that I could not afford, they were changing the prices of 20 year old vehicles with max mileage. After hours of Murdock being me, I finally made my way to Rich's and was amazed at how helpful Jacob, Steven, and Rich were. I am a single mother with less than perfect credit and this staff bent over backwards to make it work. They found me a vehicle for a great price with payments that I can afford. Not only was my experience at the dealership absolutely amazing but after the fact they have continued to take care of me. There were a couple issues that I noticed after I drove the car off of the lot and they simply told me to take the car into car smart and they would cover the cost. I got a copy of the work that was done and the bill that was being charged to Rich's and I almost started crying. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to afford that out of my pocket and I would have again been without a save and working vehicle. I am astonished at how respectful, honest, and kind Jacob and the rest of the staff at Rich's are. I truly appreciate everything they've done for me. I would recommend these guys over anyone else in the valley

Off the lot, amazing! I call it Dino.. because it’s eco green and it has an antenna! I have purchased a few vehicles off the lot. Dino is cool. Well I did like my Chevy S10- bench seat, was the best I ever bought off the lot! Jeep Patriot 2015 an amazing vehicle as well!

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

They were very helpful and quick to send us home with a car same day we were allowed to take the car with us. The friendly service was like you had been friends forever. It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Dean said that the mirror will be replace and paint touched up when side mirror comes in. Extra Key ordered and programed after I submitted a review. Clean and friendly dealership.

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.
