Archie Cochrane Ford review
Chas was a dream to work with. He was patient, kind and super knowledgeable about everything we asked about. He took the time to learn what we truly needed vs what we wanted. Then made a recommendation to drive another vehicle with no pressure. He was so right! I took a week to consider since it wasn’t originally on my list and decided to go with Chas's recommendation. Moving into the buying process both Chas and Victoria worked hard to create a fair deal for all. Victoria was sweet and personable and truly listed while we worked to close the deal. What a wonderful team Archie Cochrane has - ask for Chas and Victoria!!

I bought a Ford Maverick a couple of days ago. Sales Rep Joel Bechtold expedited things as much as he could -- he even swapped the vehicle we'd discussed for its twin due to a mechanical issue. The finance/title officer got us through the stack of papers as neatly as it could be done. My sweetheart now says I'm having an affair with the truck.

2019 Subaru Outback review
I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. My experience at Boucher Ford in Janesville was fantastic. I was treated like a true customer with respect and caring for my needs.

Ordered a custom build and the staff made it very easy. I was kept informed through every step in the process, and when it came time to pick up my car the sales and finance staff were extremely helpful. I’ve always come to Archie Cochran for maintenance and repairs and my buying experience will keep me returning for years to come! Great job, folks!
2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

2017 Cadillac XT5 review
We purchased this vehicle from a cadi dealer. At $31,200 it was reasonable. Today, 6 years later, you pay 10 grand more for new mid size cars. It had been a leased car with 25,000 miles. Have now owned it for 6 years and have driven it only 22,000 miles. Dealer was poor but that has nothing to do with the automobile. VERY comfortable, quiet, nice riding. Very good sound system. Has the V-6 and for a vehicle of this size and weight gets excellent gas mileage. Driving hwy. @ 60 mph gets 30 mpg, mixed about 23-24. Good visibility and backup camera. Lots of safety features. Beautiful paint. Just had to have a small engine part replaced. Part cost $27, labor $500 from my honest mechanic. Would have cost $200-$300 more @ dealer. Only repair so far and nly complaint. I replaced battery, as maintenance, 2 years ago. Air and cabin filters + oil changes are maintenance issues. Just discovered tranny service required at 45,000 miles. Will be done.

In 30 minutes my car had no sign of the recent scratches due to her so carefully applying the paint. 2021 Audi Q7 review
I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

2010 Subaru Forester review
This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

A very pleasant experience even before we looked at the vehicle with helpful & informative calls and messages with photos of the car we were interested in. We purchased a used Volvo and we will certainly consider buying from these people again. I felt the experience was authentic & not just trying to force something on us.
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

I worked with James M. with buying my truck. It was the coldest day and James had the truck warmed up and ready for me before I got there. James was very upfront about the ratings the truck had and what needed to be repaired. James was able to back this up with documentation. I didnt feel pressured or harrassed into buying my truck as I have felt in the past at other dealerships. Doug P. was amazing too, Doug was able to get me the best interest rate and explained everything to me ( maybe twice lol) I didnt feel dumb or uncomfortable with either of these men. It was a great experience and I would recommend Underinner Honda to anyone.
2021 Ford F-150 review
This F150 has been a dream to own. Looking for cash to buy a 67-68 restored Camaro. No issues every - just smooth riding up and down the interstate - taking kids to ballgames and skiing and college. empty nester now.

2011 Ford F-150 review
I own 2 F150’s from 2011 with 5.0. Bought new. Lariat has 53,000 miles, XL has 118,000 miles. Basic maintenance and have had NO issues. The XL is a work truck and I’ve been rough with it. They are very dependable. The low tire pressure sensor stay lit up on the gauges. Nothing wrong, but I refuse to pay $145. to turn off the display icon on the instrument cluster. Those trucks were worth it.

2024 Subaru Forester review
the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
IIt was one of the most reliable cars I have ever driven, with a great ride, smooth and comfortable interior, and a feeling of safety like being inside a steel capsule; the Altitude X 4x4 is something unique in its design and performance with the iconic Pentastar engine.

Hertz Car SalesReviews
Hertz Car Sales review
I bought my mom a car this week and was blown away by how stress free it was. Shandra Martin did an absolutely wonderful job making things easy and quick. We discussed my moms situation and looked at several cars, I ended up test driving a 2020 Nissan Murano with 35k miles on it. It was perfect! Shandra did all the paperwork, was able to meet my price budget and had everything completely ready when the final paperwork was signed. I couldn’t have been happier with my car buying experience at Hertz.
2024 Toyota Tacoma review
For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

Urban Motors BlueReviews
Urban Motors Blue review
Buying my Ioniq5 was SO easy with them!! I'd been working with Max over at Urban Motors Red previously looking at other models, but when we settled on the Ioniq as what we were after, he was very quick to direct us here to Blue. We worked with Tyler primarily as our salesperson, who was very quick to respond and didn't play games like many other dealerships. We negotiated the walk-off price, put down our earnest money over the phone, and Tyler and the crew got the car ready for our pickup. It was a snap! Amazing service, 10/10.
2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution review
This car is a fantastic daily driver, but it doesn't really suit the needs for a family of more than 3, maybe 4. Maintenance costs are high, but worth it. Modifications add power and are multiplicative. A simple cat-back and a tune will net gains you can feel in the seat of your pants.

Urban Motors Blue review
This purchase from Urban Motors was my first sight unseen experience. Tyler was extremely patient answering all of my texts, of which there were many. I appreciated his willingness to work hard with a distant purchaser. The delivery truck arrived on time- thanks for making a stressful purchase work well!
2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse review
I kinda feel in love with the GT 3.0 model when I seen how cool vin Diesel looked zooming around if the fast and the furious I love almost everything about this cat, starting with how it fits like a glove, and envelopes my body when I opening the door and getting in . There could be a slight headroom issue if you're 6' or taller That's easily overlooked because once seated adjusted and buckled it feels almost perfect. The satisfaction continues when I start the 3.0 liter naturally aspirated v6 engine and heat it's throaty growl. It accelerates nicely ,but leaves you wanting just a bit more .handled superbly on the freeway and in traffic.I can handled some hairpin turns at 50+ mph where lots of other comparable cars have to slow down to 25-30 mph . ( however I don't recommend that you do that .I tend to push performance cars to their absolute limits .the car is moderately easy mechanically speaking to work on .The engines oxygen sensors are a pain in the neck and can really throw a lot of other stuff crucial to high performance for a loop if I don't stay after it. Seems like it's quite a bit more difficult to satisfy the service engine soon light after the odometer goes pass 130,000 or so .the one big bright red flag with these cars would be the timing belt and how the motor is pretty much toast if I breaks while driving .Any driver buying this model should immediately replace the timing belt upon purchasing if the odometer has 80 thousand or more.
