Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.

The guy I worked the deal with, his name is Bryant and made me feel welcomed. And as someone who normally had either boring or forgetful dealer experiences. I felt a connection on a personal level like we had known each other for a long time but we just met. We like the same music and he made me laugh. I felt he provided a experience that I would only experience at 1 out of every 500 dealerships. I plan to see him again.

Prompt reply to my inquiry by 2 salespersons working together. They were polite, knowledgeable and personal. The dealership had a broad range of high end vehicles to look at and all had good reviews of vehicle specifications and complete Carfax reports ( all were clean!). Great group to work with!

We came down from Falmouth,Maine. Yes, it was 6 hrs one way . The Black 911 with beige interior what we drove all that way for. It was just what the website said and more. Full-disclosure I didn't end up buying the car I was considering from Da Vinci (ultimately I bought a different class of new vehicle instead), but I received phenomenal service from Rudolf. He was informative, helpful, and patient. He was timely in his responses and answered every question I asked. The reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because of the communication experience with the dealership as a whole. Early on I received communicae from multiple individuals, and some of the details of my questions was lost. I had different people asking me questions that I'd previously answered. In any case, Rudolf took over and it was excellent henceforth.

Feel like I got a great deal. Did not buy the car I went to look at, but ended up buying another nonetheless. No pressure, fair pricing, wide selection of makes and models. They could do a better job of organizing the lot and at presentation. I understand they are a mostly on line retailer, but obviously people do shop in person. Do recommend but strongly suggest a PPI or in person visit.

I am out of state so Communication was not easily done. My offer was not acknowledged what they did wind up selling the car to someone else the gentleman I spoke with was nice anyway .

Seems to keep high quality high end used cars. Facility is a bit of of problem being a warehouse, they have to keep moving cars around but the guys don't seem to mind. Overall recommend.

I have spent my entire life in and around the auto industry and these guys are the only dealer I buy from outside of my own. Dempsey isn't your typical car dealer, and the experience is far more laid back. If you are looking for Unique cars at fair prices, make this place your destination.

Surprised at how smooth everything was. Picked a Dodge Charger, did a test drive, paperwork was done right away. Took about an hour. No extra talk or pushing. Thank you, I’ll be back for a second one.
