I loved my Xterra, and totally credit the safety features in it for walking away from an encounter with a deer on the Interstate. Sadly I needed to purchase a new car. I went here because of my experience with the sales & service departments. And I continue to return for service work.

Amazing car. So cool and cute at the same time. It drives just like a BMW with all the options added in. Can't recommend the Cooper S any more than is possible. The turbo charge is incredible and the drive is immaculate.
Went in looking for a used Escape. Jack was great, honest and very personable without being pushy. He was also very patient with me while allowing me to drive several different vehicles before deciding on the Escape. Also, this is my second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. Very happy.

This has been a great truck. The 6 liter power stroke has be nothing less than awesome. I did require a few aftermarket upgrades. But nothing too serious. Pulls and hauls with great ease. Very comfortable on long trips. Fun to drive. I do wish it had some modern tech in it. But it doesn’t need it to preform the job I have it for. I have added some tech that does what the new stuff does. It just don’t work from the steering controls. I think I can live. All I can say is. I’ve had it for 8 years and I still enjoy it just as much as the day I bought it. Best of all. No DEF fluid and regeneration cycle. Love it love it. Love it!!!
I have been very pleased with the service received when an issue comes up. Customer service is very personable in which the stats are presented in detail regarding the service needed. The facilities were excellent such as free gifts, coffee bar, snacks in which I have never seen at any other dealership. The pricing was a bit high compared to the same items that could be purchased retail. Otherwise the service is dependable and you get what you pay for....knowing you will be safe in your car. Thank You for your service.

This is a great in town and off road vehicle. It seats 4 comfortably and 5 in a pinch. The visibility and ease of entry and exit are great. Highly reliable and low maintenance costs. I wish it were a little larger but I shouldn't complain as I bought it partly because its gas mileage is good - ~30mpg.
Can't say enough about the team at Zimbrick, best customer service ever!!! Went way out of their way to help me find a new car. Would recommend them to anyone. Jamey, Casey and Mike thank you for everything. You guys are the best.

This is a great car. I’ve owned an Infinity and they are very reliable cars! It’s great for commuting. I always get compliments on it design.
Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.

Nice car. Good ride, power is adequate. Economy could be better. Steering is numb but responsive ... but so is my A4. Tiptronic Sport mode is a joke ... it still shifts automatically any time it wants (or does not when it should), often taking one by surprise at an inopportune time.... in normal mode the automatic works great. Blind spot visibility could be better. Excellent value because of the carry over from the Jettra Sportwagen TDI problems.
I had been shopping around looking for the best deal on a 2018 or 2019 GMC Terrain. Steve was the only salesman who took the time to look at all the different Terrains and the only one who understood my crazy schedule. He even stayed after hours for me! He is very personable and honest. My husband and I have found our lifelong car salesman I will never go anywhere else! Steve really is a great guy and works for the customer. He even took time out to show me every detail of how to work all of the buttons and electronics in the car and made sure I had everything set up before I left.

I am not sure I believe it can be a good truck need under body done bad due to rust from salt on both side and the interior need to be done upper ceiling on passenger side and need new tires bald no tread on either side of the tires need money in the truck to fix up.
Excellent experience with every aspect of buying my new RAV4 at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island. The entire team (James, Jay, AI, etc.) took such great care of me.
They sat down and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay and made it happen. I had already been to a couple of other dealers and can tell you that the personal attention they give separates them from the rest.
This car is loaded with so many navigation features that it's a bit overwhelming! But they sat in the car with me and spent as much time as I needed to get it set up and walked through it all.
I was a 20+ year loyal West Herr customer and did not receive the type of treatment I would expect, but the team at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island went above and beyond!

I bought this car for my wife. Due to my lower back pain, I don’t like sport or small cars. Drove 300 miles home from the dealer and it was great. Car is comfortable. Looks and feels like sport car but very comfortable.
Andrew Hopkins went above and beyond when discussing the features and finalizing the purchase on our new Escape. In addition, he delivered the vehicle to our establishment the same day we agreed to a deal. I could not ask for a better experience!

Plenty of space and I like the power and ambient lighting. Paint color is a nice touch and the rims are a neat design. I will definitely return to dealership when I consider my next purchase.

Worst vehicle ever

Just one year old. Battery died(YES everything was off). You cannot get the the door locks to unlock the back seat door(where my jump box is). Thought I would use a solar panel designed to keep batteries charged. Truck is run for 8 days then sits for 6. Guess what some "engineer" designed the truck so none of the aux power outlets work when the truck is turned off(great idea (sic)). The cruse control is a pain in the rear to operate(steering wheel controls are NOT user friendly). If you program a "My Key" you cannot modify without the master key. You do not teed it to program(STUPID). The hands free almost never works( voice comes on and says"you have an incoming call press 1 to answer" NOT hands free. Who designs a 4X4 truck with manual hubs in this day and age, but has an electric lock on the tailgate. I you want to use the front center cup holders with the center jump seat down, you have to remove the headrest from the center console then try to find someplace to store it, I recommend the trash. Took a rock in the windshield when the truck was 4 months old, The new windshield would not seal. After the company replaced twice, it was determined that the windshield opening was not the correct shape, it took tripling the sealant to get the windshield to seal. In the 70's I was a diehard Ford fan but now they are garbage. I would not recommend Ford to my worst enemy.
I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.
