First, anybody who automatically passes on considering a Kia (or its sister company Hyundai) when shopping for a new or "newer" used car is making a mistake. Both of these manufacturers create some of the best cars available in a number of different categories. They have become what Toyota and its sister Lexus were 30 years ago, only better. Those brands never offered a 10/100 drivetrain or a 5/60 bumper to bumper warranty with the 5/60 being fully transferrable to a second owner. Bottom line, we own a 2019 Kia Cadenza (fully competitive with a Lexus ES350) with 9,000 miles and the remainder warranty lasting 4 years and 51,000 miles and a drive away price after a minimal trade and much negotiation of $21,600. The CarFax was clean down to the service history. The supply of these is dwindling and/or going up in price because people have read the reviews and articles and choosing these instead of a Toyota Avalon, Chevy Impala, Buick LaCrosse or even an older Lexus ES.

Had to take my Kia Sorento in for an upgrade, everyone from the time I arrived with vehicle to the time I left with vehicle were outstanding on my service there.

I got my 2014 Kia cadenza about a year ago. I loved the car. Honestly would say the best car I’ve ever owned, I got rid of my cadenza from all the issues it was having, I’m not sure if I just got a lemon of a car but it was terrible. I went through strut issues. Oil leaks, my brakes still grind and make noises after i replaced them. I mean over months they still made noise. Also has coupler issues. The pros of this car are absolutely amazing You get a premium sound system which sounds really good. One of the best sound systems I’ve heard. You get really comfortable seats. My back almost never got sore. Riding on the highway is the best thing about the car. It drives so smooth and quick. I really loved this car tell I started having serious issues and decided it would be better to sell than to keep putting money into it. But if you are looking for a reliable car. This definitely isn’t the one because gas sucks on this thing. But that makes up the amazing powerful engine this cadenza comes with.

Dropped off my 2018 Sonata cause the check engine light came on. A few days later got a text saying i needed a Engine Wire Harness + other items but totaling over 4k$. So i call to see if it was under warranty. They call the warranty people and say they will get back to me on Friday 1/19/2024. Friday they call and let me know car is ready to be picked up. I only paid 100+$ for oil change works package. Turns out the tech mixed up cars can you believe it? Just happy i dont got to pay a fortune to have it fixed.

When I went to buy a car, twice wasn’t ready, turned around and saw this beautiful car in and out! I keep up with maintenance, because car lets me know. Single female who drives a lot, need reliable transport!

Love the handling and comfort on the road. Mpg was true to the advertising. The windshield recall was done, with a comped rental. There does seem to be a lag on factory to dealer info relative to the fix on the HECE correction

Buying a car during “stay at home” turned out to be a great experience. Pricing on line is usually competitive the hitch is negotiating your trade. This was exceptional - they offered actual value so I only needed to say yes. When I picked up the car paperwork was ready the car was detailed to perfection - drove off in 5 minutes totally satisfied!

When I was in college, a good friend of mine’s dad let us use his Lincoln Town Car for big-time double dates. The Cadenza Limited has a comparable “muted” feel to exterior noise that the Town Car had. Add that to the best car sound system I’ve ever heard, and I’ve got a great driving car that’s “rolling headphones.” Best car I’ve owned...

I own a 2016 Cadenza SXL Limited which has technology that some new 2023 cars don't possess.. especially the 360 degree cameras, power positioning memory seating and steering. Headlights that turn with steering direction.. just an awesome sedan.

I loved my Kia up to the day it was given to a grandson. Yes, he loves the Cadenza, also! My grandson fell in love with the Kia from the moment that I taught him to drive at 18 yrs old. Teenagers usually like souped up cars, but not my Zach. He fell in love my Kia and ask if I would sell it to him. I was going to sell the Kia to Zach for the price that the dealer was offering, but Zach paid me $2,000 more!

They were honest upfront with condition of the vehicle friend, I'm considering buying from them too.

Great however; not a Benz, BMW or a Lincoln. I plan to keep it and never sale. It has been low maintenance and dependable. It has all the bells and whistles. Great Job on this one KIa

First Kia I have owned. Bought it used (it's a 2016). Very comfortable car, great interior fit and finished. Great sound system. Surprised how smooth it runs on regular gas. Handling is not great but adequate for a large car. Exterior styling is nothing special. Very happy so far.

Bought brand new in Nov 2014 and now have 88,000 K on it. Only problem was the friendly rats in my area ate the wiring under the hood as it was coated with vegetable oil and the back-up camera had to be replaced and both were not covered under my 7 Year Warranty. Great car, still love driving it. The 293 HP works really well for this size vehicle.

Owned vehicle since 2016(bought with 34,000 miles). Outstanding vehicle: great ride & style, comfortable interior, gas mileage is typical for premium luxury car. Very few issues, several were covered by Kia recalls so they stand behind their vehicles. Best car I’ve ever owned in close to 50 years. Highly recommend if vehicle has been maintained properly.

I would recommend this vehicle to anyone. It is by far the best car I have owned. I have gotten 30mpg on the hwy, and average 22mpg in daily driving. It is extremely quiet and comfortable.

A nice car, but it has its flaws. Sticker was 38k, bought it brand new in 2016 for 22,000. It was a Steal. Right off the back, dealer needed to update the software because the door locks didn’t work when shifting to drive/ park. Panoramic sunroof rattles like no other. 10+ visits to the dealer for this issue, eventually reached a settlement with Kia. No resolution. Engine has been extremely reliable until about 70k miles. Had to replace the evap canister 500 repair. Currently my ac is not working due to leaking lines. Line replacement is 300 a pc, probably looking at a 1000 repair. 5 years later with the vehicle, it still looks sharp. It’s quick on its feet, it sounds good, and it’s extremely comfortable. A great car for the right person. I am considering trading the car in because I am afraid of what the maintenance future holds on this vehicle. Transferred title from my wife’s name to mine, and it voided every warranty the car had. 5 years later, 78,000 miles the cars worth 12 grand. Not very upset because I paid 22 for it. But I could not imagine paying sticker. I would recommend it to someone who is not as particular as me.

I’ve owned a Benz, Navigator, and a Caddy. However, at my age I’m looking for style and savings. This has everything I need and wanted in a luxury car.

So far so good. This is a smaller lot with a lot of decent vehicles on-site. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating, as one would expect. There are reviews that are negative, this is not one. I actually looked at multiple vehicles from both smaller dealers and larger ones. I found this particular vehicle was better than at a larger dealership. That being said, Ive only had the vehicle for a few days but Ive found no issues with the quality of my purchase. The price was "fair" in my opinion. I didnt get an amazing deal and I also dont feel like I overpaid. Go by and check them out, then judge for yourself.

So far I love this car. It has great styling and a good looking interior. The infotainment area is very easy to use. I have the sport package. I’ve received so many compliments on its looks. The only down fall is sometimes it’s not as responsive as I’d like. It’s nice in sport mode, but a little sluggish in comfort mode. Still, I like driving it.
