After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. I live some distance from the dealership, and they picked up my car and brought it back after service. They did the work I asked for - without upselling - and got it done in a timely way. The pre-repair inspection of common areas of concern like battery posts and tire tread was videoed, and provided before the service rep call to get my agreement to proposed work. All the staff I encountered in person or on the phone were polite and capable. I have been driving cars since 1955, and this was the easiest, least stressful, service experience I have had.

2023 Kia EV6 review
Game changing. Luxurious and affordable. Makes relying fully on an EV an easy and comfortable reality. This car goes head-to-head (and beyond) with any luxury sedan. With the regen mode (which you choose the level of with the paddle to the left of the wheel) it's easy to get above the standard range level. Has auto pilot, lane change guidance, and auto distance/speed adjustment which are really helpful for long or late-night drives. Find the EV6 groups on social media for helpful tips.

If you’re in the market for a new Lincoln, your guy should be Michael Zeller at Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. I know what you’re probably thinking — that’s a long drive if you live in Southern Maryland — but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and kindly, never once making me feel like I had asked a silly question. He definitely doesn’t keep banker’s hours — I could text him anytime and he was always quick to respond. On top of that, he saved me a significant amount of money compared to every other quote I received for the exact same new Lincoln within about a 2.5-hour driving radius. David Lewald also took great care of me by securing 0% financing, and at no point did I feel pressured or pushed into additional options or upgrades. Buying a new car can be an extremely stressful transaction, but with these guys the entire experience was smooth as silk. 2023 Kia EV6 review
I've owned my EV6 GT now 4 months as a daily driver and I've been very happy with it. Styling is subjective but I like it. It fits the EV vibe. Interior quality is very good with varying materials that feel nice and have no squeaks or rattles. Being an EV platform, there is a lot of room and storage for it's size. It has all the tech. you could want. Handling is good with endless grip but it can feel a bit unsettled over wavy or quite bumpy roads. I find the ride quite comfortable in the ECO/Normal setting at 50mph+ but only a bit bumpy at lower speeds due to the low profile tires. It gets very firm for a more "sporty feeling" in GT mode, and also greatly increases the accelerator pedal response. Almost too much. I think Sport mode is the best ride/accelerator calibration. Steering is sharp and accurate, with good response but (like most new cars) offers very little feedback/road communication. Then there's the power. The GT with it's dual motors is a torque conundrum. There is a mountain of immediate torque but the computers somehow don't let it overpower the rubber on the road. If you haven't felt the crazy abilities of a high powered AWD EV, it's hard to even put into words. It's like being strapped into a huge slingshot from a standstill. Quickly hit the GT button and every on-ramp becomes a rollercoaster.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership).
