Never had a problem getting an appointment, work on vehicle was done timely, and I was always kept informed of what was taking place with my vehicle.

This car is amazingly fun to drive: it has a ton of power and torque, and handles like a sports car. I have the Wind AWD w/ Tech Package. The cabin is a good mix of touchscreen and physical knobs/buttons. The Meridian sound system provides fantastic audio. There is a lot of space with the rear seats folded flat.

I own a 2024 EV6 Wind AWD (traded in a 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited) and it’s probably the best car I’ve ever owned. And it can go 0-60mph in under 4½ seconds, which is on a par with some of my dream cars (Ferrari and Lamborghini from a few decades ago). Charging at home with a $150 charger that plugs into a regular power outlet is quick and adds power to the battery as I sleep. I have a YouTube channel where I post occasional videos, showing what it’s like to own an electric car in your silver-haired years. If you have questions, drop by and ask away.

The buying process was easy. But it did help that I already went with a pre-approval letter and check from my credit union. The only dislike was the sell of warranties. If I'm buying a pre-certified used vehicle, I shouldn't have to buy another warranty to cover electrical if the original warranty is bumper to bumper!

I have a GT model, the fast one ;). I have had for 6 months and 7k miles now. It does not get old to put it in GT mode (full 576hp) and step on it. Ultra fast car and a complete sleeper. I got a screaming deal on it, paid 2/3 of the MSRP price. Love the no maintenance aspect of it (minimal stuff required). Great interior at this price point, not a BMW/Audi interior, but excellent for the segment it competes in. Very happy and highly recommended!

Game changing. Luxurious and affordable. Makes relying fully on an EV an easy and comfortable reality. This car goes head-to-head (and beyond) with any luxury sedan. With the regen mode (which you choose the level of with the paddle to the left of the wheel) it's easy to get above the standard range level. Has auto pilot, lane change guidance, and auto distance/speed adjustment which are really helpful for long or late-night drives. Find the EV6 groups on social media for helpful tips.

Full disclosure: My dad technically bought it, but I had a huge hand in the decision and getting used to the car after buying. This is his first Kia. Mine was a Forte Koup SX. Both seem to be splendid. The seats aren't too plushy but I can still fit in them(unlike the N cars, which I can't fit in at all, being 30lb overweight) The performance threw me off because I found out after the test drive it was "only" 320hp. Very few SUVs have this kind of horsepower unless they're HUGE. This outhandles and outaccelerates his 270hp 2014 WRX. Yup, even though it's an SUV. So far it's been easy to charge, we use the local transit park'n'ride charger and just go do other stuff while it sits there a few hours. It's free, so he hasn't needed to even get a wall charger at home yet, which is good, because this isn't a $60 Tesla. Having to get a $2K level 2 charger would be a noticeable additional expense. The radio is AMAZING. Not the best I've ever heard, but for the price range, it is unlikely that anything is noticeably better, if better at all. I know everything has a backup camera these days, but I'm absolutely LOVING this thing's! Especially since I back into charging stations(I suck at backing up otherwise, especially in an SUV). Do your homework, make sure chargers are around. If you need to use it THAT much, consider that level 2 wall charger. Don't bother with the level 1 wall charger, it only charges 20 miles a day for this vehicle. I bought the car 2 days ago, this thing's forcing me to do a reliability rating. Disregard it. Bottom line: You couldn't get a gasoline SUV that matched these specs for this price. I don't think you could even come close.

I bought a one year old GT line with 7000 miles on it for $37k. With no fed rebate available new or used its the only way the Kia is cost competitive with tesla and vw. I wanted the sunroof, heads up display and heat exchanger, so had to go w 4wd. Unfortunately the 4wd gt line also comes with 20" wheels with 255 width tires, this drops the efficiency much further than the heat pump helps it. The ride is also a bit firmer than in other 19" wheel equipped ev6 I've driven. Otherwise the car is great, actually listed by the EPA as a wagon, Kia wants to sell it as an suv, I love that it's a wagon. The only electric wagon you can buy in the US! (Porsche taycan cross turismo might qualify). The build quality is very good, feels as solid as my last Mercedes. Storage space is good but not as ultra efficient as tesla or lucid. Having standard controls for lights and wipers is a big plus. The software needs a little help as it is not in the same league as tesla when it comes to navigation and updates. The Meridian sound system is really bad. Meridian also provide systems for Jaguar and Range Rover and have some very well regarded and expensive home systems. I have no idea how this powerful 14 speaker system can sound so terrible but it does. It completely lacks smoothness and clarity, my 40 year old Proton clock radio is easier to listen to than this mess. I've gone online, tried every setting option available and have only managed modest improvements. Hopefully there is a software upgrade in the works that can help. The seats are comfortable, the range is decent and the charging can be fast. The full on performance in sport mode is a great party trick but eco mode is the way for daily driving. Buy a used one to avoid the immediate $20k depreciation and you have a great car that go head to head with anything out there.

My EV6 Wind AWD is great. I love all the features and would consider a GT Line in the feature. However, I have 3 pet peeves. First, the autosensing wiper setting is inconsistent. Sometimes it will go on high speed for mist and at other time does not wipe a windshield full of rain drops. Second, the forward vehicle detection is also inconsistent failing to detect and stop regardless of having the highest distance set of 4 cars separation. This is especially true in curves or if cars depart suddenly from in front of you and the next car in front is very slow or at a full stop. Third and last, the auto parking sensor fails to detect parking spots and when it does, it's too slow to park. These 3 were true in the 2023 Niro Hybrid I had for a year. The surround camera view is, nevertheless, a great feature to for parking and to avoid damaging wheels when parallel parking. The Meridian sound system is superb.

Andrew went the extra mile for us. We are new to Ev's and he helped us to understand how they operate. This was also the first time we visited a Kia dealership and we were very impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. Andrew answered all our questions and didn't pressure us to buy. I thought we would have to compare other brands but Andrew explained the differences between Kia and other car makers we were considering.

I was treated respectfully and given useful information that saved me a couple hundred dollars. The service was quick and my car was returned in good condition.

Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!

I’ve put 90,000 miles on my EV-6 GT-Line RWD in a little over 16 months in a rideshare role. No mechanical problems. No software problems. No battery life problems. It is an awesome machine on the outside but at its core, elegantly simple to drive and maintain. My biggest complaint? The AC/radio control panel is too small. Double check when you poke the panel to make sure you didn’t turn the wrong thing on/off. Things I’ve learned and how to overcome them: -USE MAX REGENERATIVE BRAKING. It can add north of 20% extra range in stop and go city driving. If you are racing, turn it off… but do you really race? It feels a little strange - ok, so did weightlessness to Apollo astronauts - get over it, it’s part of EV driving. -Yes, the battery does not like cold. Range is reduced by 30-40% below 30 degrees F. This is consistent with all EVs. If “battery preconditioning” does not appear in the EV page of the master menu (select EV, then select setup cog) get your dealer to upgrade your software. Learn how to use. -Yes, it is a challenge to find chargers. Download PlugShare app for help locating chargers and buy a Tesla charger to J1772 adapter for charging emergencies and keep in the frunk. -If you keep turning on seat fans/seat heat by accident, pull the fuse for seat heat. -If you plan to charge at night, bring a flashlight, because someone forgot to illuminate the charging port (light goes right in your eyes). -If you stow things under the trunk floor, pool noodles will keep stuff from rolling and banging around. -Be aware that just like your gas car, the 12V battery can run out if you leave things on, and that you cannot start the car with a 12V battery that is too low. I had to call AAA once for a jump start to get the EV running. Once on, the big battery charges the 12V battery, buy a little 12V jump start gadget and keep in the trunk under the floor, just in case. Now, go get one and have fun.

First time I stopped by randomly while driving past. No intention to buy. But the atmosphere stuck in my head - no crowd pressure, only facts. When I started looking seriously later, I immediately remembered this place.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. 2022 Wind with Tech - 13,000 miles. Owned car for 15 months - early worries due to couple of infant mortality issues and several trips to the dealer (total of 5 weeks out of service). However that was a year ago now and no problems experienced since. Much prefer driving this car compared to my others present and past. Fully enjoy the tech and safety features. Comfort and convenience elements are well engineered. Performance is superior given the weight and size of this car. Battery capacity is more than sufficient for daily use and range is better than advertised. Battery capacity has not diminished in mixed city/hwy/hot/cold weather driving. I intend to keep this car full term.

The plastic fender skirt damages easily if parked close to standard height parking barriers. The navigation system is so bad I have to use my mobile phone to navigate. I’ve been misdirected multiple times and on 1 occasion had to be towed to a charging station after a misdirect.

Great online experience but I receive too many duplicate emails. Online rep, sales rep and another sales rep. Multiple emails, BUT I prefer that over little email.

I've owned my EV6 GT now 4 months as a daily driver and I've been very happy with it. Styling is subjective but I like it. It fits the EV vibe. Interior quality is very good with varying materials that feel nice and have no squeaks or rattles. Being an EV platform, there is a lot of room and storage for it's size. It has all the tech. you could want. Handling is good with endless grip but it can feel a bit unsettled over wavy or quite bumpy roads. I find the ride quite comfortable in the ECO/Normal setting at 50mph+ but only a bit bumpy at lower speeds due to the low profile tires. It gets very firm for a more "sporty feeling" in GT mode, and also greatly increases the accelerator pedal response. Almost too much. I think Sport mode is the best ride/accelerator calibration. Steering is sharp and accurate, with good response but (like most new cars) offers very little feedback/road communication. Then there's the power. The GT with it's dual motors is a torque conundrum. There is a mountain of immediate torque but the computers somehow don't let it overpower the rubber on the road. If you haven't felt the crazy abilities of a high powered AWD EV, it's hard to even put into words. It's like being strapped into a huge slingshot from a standstill. Quickly hit the GT button and every on-ramp becomes a rollercoaster.

From start to finish, I had an excellent experience purchasing a used 2009 Porsche Boxster that was in Near Mint/Mint condition from Capitol Volkswagen (DGDG) in San Jose. I had been searching the entire country, literally, for a nice 2009-2012 Boxster (i.e. 987.2, manual), luckily I found a great one at a reputable dealership that was not too far away. Everyone at Capitol Volkswagen that I dealt with made the purchasing experience a good one. In particular, Lori Campbell was very courteous and helpful throughout the purchase and in coordinating the transaction over the internet and phone, and to reserve the car for me, which was important because I live 450 miles away in San Diego. Arthur Fang was also helpful and easy to work with in setting up the financing, while Byron Bautista was great during the actual sit-down and signing of all the 'papers' (it's almost all done on an iPad nowadays). Second EV. Vast improvement over the prior two model of different brand. Just a great car with reliable, working features. Great for road tripping or daily commutes
