King Kia Of Laurel review
We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Nick Choi at King Kia of Laurel. Nick truly went above and beyond from beginning to end. He was professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even in the evening, he made himself available to make sure everything was taken care of properly. What impressed us most was the level of personal service. Nick even brought our Hyundai all the way to our home after the purchase. That was far beyond anything we expected and says a lot about how seriously he takes customer service. Buying a car can easily be stressful, but Nick made the entire experience straightforward, pleasant, and remarkably easy. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, we felt that he genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out well for us. This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Nick is a real credit to King Kia of Laurel. A huge thank you, Nick, for your exceptional service, your time, and everything you did for us. We could not recommend you more highly. Five stars without hesitation.

Found the car 🚗 I was looking for on the internet Made an appointment with the dealership so there was not much haggling. There was a problem with one tire on the car which they took care of.

King Kia review
Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!

Very happy with the staff. They were straightforward, honest, and my car buying experience was hassle free. My sales rep quoted me an upfront price and communicated all additional fees as well. I was given a fair amount for my trade.

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Mark and JBA Auto!

I had a fantastic experience with Walter (dealer) and all the employees. The loan process was great, easy, and was very simple to follow and understand. I felt VERY comfortable with everyone there, everyone was very hospitable too. They checked to see if I was thirsty or wanted a snack. It was busy Saturday but every single person working there had a smile on their face and said hi as they walked by. I'm extremely pleased with the car I bought and walter, my dealer, made sure I was satisfied with the deal, and my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership whether you're buying a used or new car!! Thank you Walter and the entire staff.

The welcoming was lukewarm but the negotiations were reasonable. I gave 4 stars because of the lackadaisical response when asking for the internet sales manager as directed from the phone conversation. Also mentioned two minor faults that should be addressed but was told there were non-issues. I now have to get those faults fixed. If they were major faults, I would give a lower rating.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service at KIA Glen Burnie! I honestly cannot say enough great things about KIA Glen Burnie, especially Rob Sipes and the entire service team. Their customer service has been absolutely outstanding, and this is exactly how automotive service should be done. No muss, no fuss, no pressure, and absolutely no xx. They get your vehicle in on time, take care of the service that needs to be done, and treat you with honesty, professionalism, and respect. There is no attempt to upsell you on things you don't need, no unnecessary runaround, and no feeling that you're being taken advantage of. Just straightforward, honest service from people who clearly take pride in what they do. Rob and his team make the entire experience easy and hassle-free. That might sound like a simple thing, but anyone who has dealt with dealerships knows just how rare and refreshing that can be. KIA Glen Burnie has earned my trust and my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership service department that genuinely puts the customer first. Rob Sipes and the entire team deserve a huge thank-you for doing things the right way. Keep up the fantastic work! If you're looking for honest, professional, no-pressure service, do yourself a favor and give these folks a try. You won't be disappointed!
