Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

One month into owning my EV9 and I can say I’m a happy customer, both for city use and highway road trips. The range is great, exterior design looks great, and I’ve been impressed with the technology and infotainment features. The map function is not great (I was used to the Android Automotive platform in my previous Polestar 2, which is best in class and apparently what Kia is now switching to next year) but everything else is excellent. No quality or performance issues at all - great initial build quality. Feels zippy, especially for such a large car. Plus, they have some amazing lease deals running right now, it’s an exceptional value.

I already had an EV6 for my wife and fell in love with it. I just needed something a little bigger and wanted full EV. Since it VW been buying primarily Kia since 2007 it was a no brainer to choose the EV9. Price is still a big issue for me so I chose the Light Long Range trim. I get the best range and 98% of all the features I wanted. Unfortunately to get that last 2% would have meant going to the Land trim and that was out of my budget this time. But in getting HDA2, Digital Key 2, all the safety features, 3 rows for 6 passengers, power liftgate, etc. I’ve had mine 3 weeks and already have 2300 miles on it. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a 3 row SUV EV.

The Audi Q3 S Line purchased from Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa was my wife’s favorite color, blue. After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. Had EV9 for a week now. I have owned lots of different SUVs -5 different MDXs, a suburban, an Infiniti QX56, an XC90T8, a Navigator, an Expedition- and so far it is my favorite of all. It drives so smooth and FAST, plenty of room- but not so big it is a hassle finding room to park like a suburban can be. The interior is nice for an EV- only EV I have personally seen with nicer interior is ETRON. I do wish interior was more refined but it is nice enough. much prefer EV 9 to the Tesla in every way. The three rows are all usable. I am thrilled to be done with the MDX 18mpg with premium fuel, this car is more fun, bigger, and saving me a ton on gas. The Semi autonomous driving is very good also.

This was the best buying experience we have had in a long time. Everyone was great ! our sales guys Kyle and Temiko were polite and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager Winston was a standout !!!! The finance guy Dan was super nice and made that part of the deal painless. Every question was answered, salesman were not pushy. Sales manager listened very well to what we wanted. This dealership does a great job of offering a wide range of used electric vehicles at some of the lowest prices in the Valley. I worked mostly with Angel (and a bit with Eric). Over the course of a few weeks, we narrowed in on the EV that was right for me and that qualified for the $4,000 EV tax credit (which ends September 30, 2025). Both Angel and Eric were personable, professional, and responsive. Ultimately, I found a great car at a great price here, without the haggle of negotiating. Please take care to read through all the fees and warranty offerings. You want to make sure you are purchasing what's right for you. But, I did find the fees + taxes to be outlined in a transparent manner. I'll update this review if I start to have any issues with the car in the immediate future, but so far, this has been a good purchase.

Made a phone call about the Kia sportage 2026. Tops them what I wanted and color they said they would. Call me when the one I wanted was arriving. After our Trip I was calling and a message on my phone was left by Alan and Leo I called and Alan said the vehicle was in and That Leo would be helping me. Leo worked with manger last day of the month. And made the deal happen without going in to the dealership until we got the new Vehicle and signed the rest of the paper work Manny the finance manager was very helpful.
