I bought my first real car at merchants and it was a great and educational experience, Damien Gutierrez sold me the car and he was amazing and explained everything so well and i felt very comfortable with the whole process, he was honest and made sure i didn’t feel any pressure, he was also incredibly quick with the entire process it took up little of my time and i was in my new car quickly.

This is our second Jeep from Poulin. Our salesman, John Riordan is a great guy to deal with. The service department is excellent to deal with and is a big reason we came back for our second Jeep from Poulin. I would highly recommend Poulin.

What a relief to go to a dealership that didn’t pressure me for a sale. I worked with Cheryl, told her my budget and was not pressured to go over. She was friendly and professional, as was everyone that I met there. This was the first car buying experience that I ever came away feeling good about. Overall great experience! Salesman and staff were super nice and accommodating. Process was not long at all, had my 4 year old daughter with us and Patrick was great with helping us be comfortable while we were waiting for the purchase of our vehicle. Definitely would recommend again!
