I have never been to this dealership before but Lana Manko was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, patience and went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. I've never had a sales person do so much to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. If I need another car, I will not hesitate to come back and see her.

Bought mine a month ago! definitely a huge upgrade. Kia really knocked it out the park with the k4! i have the gt-line in the white exterior! i’m obsessed. Get pricing point, i was stuck between this and the elantra i’m glad i choose this over the elantra, both are compact sedans but the kia definitely feels bigger and more tech and feels way more expensive than it is

Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Dealing with Tom, the GSM, to make sure we were financed quickly and properly was easy and nothing like I have ever experienced at another dealership. I have owned my K4 EX for about a month now. It has been a great car! I think that the most fitting word for this car is value. You get A LOT for the money. I got my EX for under $25k out the door and for that I got a car that has a great design, awesome technology (wireless car play, huge touchscreen, updated safety features etc), fantastic fuel economy (40+ on the highway) and a very comfortable ride. This feels like a car that should cost at least $10k more than it does. I highly recommend this car.

Great car at its entry price. Rented both Honda Civic, Volkswagen Jetta and Kia K4. Drove all for week (7 days). The Kia won hands down. Bought Kia K4 for $23,400 over 3 months and it has better warranty than its competitors. Safety and accessories are part of Kia’s factory standard install compared to up charges from Honda and Volkswagen. Love interactive cruise control and its Saftey features.

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car. The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I?ve made over the years. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and Herson’s KIA. We even had our 2 year old with us and they were very patient and kind with him as well. Particularly we worked with Josh and we were very pleased. We could tell he was doing everything in his power to get us the best deal and he stuck to his word in every way. He also was very helpful when we found a slight exterior issue with our emblem and help to get it corrected in the easiest way. He guided me exactly to where I needed to go to make sure the job was done efficiently, again considering that I had my two year old with me. Ralphael the finance manager was also very helpful and detailed. Overall a great experience.

My car buying experience at Herson's was a 10/10. Sandros, my sales consultant, wasn't pushy. He listened to my needs, my story, and taught me a lot about the car I bought. He positioned himself as my go-to contact even after purchase. The experience continued with Andrea Campos in finance. I was in and out of her office in 30mins! No pushiness there either! And I can't forget Jorge Cuevas who cleaned and shined my new baby up for me to take her home. I had the dream car buying team and I am extremely thankful. I highly recommend shopping with Herson's!

I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I’ll also add the finance department was wonderful as well - clearly explained all options and wasn’t pushy about extras. Would recommend Maks to anyone looking to buy a Kia!
