I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

If you want a class A experience for service/repairs, I highly suggest you ask for Luis Lagarda. When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking

2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser purchase. Perfect experience from start to finish. Good price, vehicle in amazing condition, 5 Star customer service. Flew in from Kentucky, they picked me up at the airport and the paperwork was done in 30 minutes once I arrived. My sales associate (Gavin) sent me personalized walk around video of the vehicle when I was considering it. He and the sales Manager (Cristian) were responsive, flexible and straightforward. Ron was my service man, and was very courteous, knowledgeable. All points were checked, which I really appreciated. There were two things that surprised me. My car wasn’t washed after the oil change, which was customary for the 10 years I’ve taken my car to Ziegler’s, and the schedule for the next oil change had not been updated on my vehicle. Ron actually came out to my car to change it for me, as my indicator was still showing 2 days past service, with service needed showing on the dashboard. I wasn’t unhappy, just surprised. I will continue to use Zeigler for my service needs.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership! Though it took a few hours, which buying a car normally will, my sales person, Evans, made sure that I had snacks and water if I needed them. As a first time buyer, they helped me through the process and got me the best deal. I was able to go home with a brand new car! They explain everything so well.
