King Kia review
My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.

I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I’ll also add the finance department was wonderful as well - clearly explained all options and wasn’t pushy about extras. Would recommend Maks to anyone looking to buy a Kia!

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Mark and JBA Auto!

I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage Prestige, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from Donny. His customer service skills were outsanding-he actively listened, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. This is the third car I've purchased from this location, and I was intially unsure if the experience would match the high standards set by my former salesman who is no longer there. Donny reassured me that I was in good hands, but he was wrong-I was in great hands. I had considered other brands and wasn't certain I would stay with Kia, but Donny's patience, professionalism, and thorough answers to my (many) questions made all the difference. He was truly phenomenal, and the overall sales experience was marvelous thanks to him. Donny's outstanding service is what ultimately sealed the deal. Highly recommend asking for him if you're in the market for a vehicle! I am writing to follow up on my previous message regarding my concerns with the Finance Department. I am pleased to share that since then, the team at King Kia of Laurel has gone above and beyond to address my concerns and turn my experience into a positive one.
