This is an AMAZING dealership. We purchased a few months back. Our salesperson Fran was awesome. He didn't push. He showed us the car we wanted to see. It was just as advertised and sold itself. Jake, the business manager, was awesome. Everything was so easy. Brought the vehicle in this week for my first free oil change. Right on time. One hour as promised. Their on-site restaurant was great. I had lunch, and my car was ready. Full inspection and topping off fluids, checked brakes and tires, battery, etc. I wouldn't buy a Kia or Ford anywhere else. This place has got it right. Kudos on great customer service!!

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

We were selling a vehicle. Staff contacted us to give us a link to provide all info for the car we wanted to sell. They gave us an excellent price. ( as evidenced. By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. We are very please with our experience.

I purchased my 2025 KIA K4 back in the end of March. All I can say is I love it. Hands down the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The features are too many to mention and the leg room and comfort are unbeatable.

If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. My growing family and I are so grateful to have this amazing team working at Kia and I hope to continue this new relationship with them at Blasius for years to come! Thank you so much!!!!

I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

They’ve managed to fit me in for service on short notice more times than I can count, and they do it all with a friendly, can-do attitude that really sets them apart. One experience that really stands out is when I was in an accident and had to have my car towed. It was just before the service department was closing for the weekend, and I was expecting to be without a car for quite some time. But Steve made sure my vehicle was taken in immediately, and thanks to his quick action and dedication, I was back on the road the following week. That level of commitment and care is rare — and deeply appreciated. After two decades of visits, I can confidently say that Kia of Old Saybrook’s service department, led by Steve, has earned my complete trust. I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking

I visited multiple different vehicle dealerships and explain to everyone that I was not immediately looking to buy a vehicle but will be in the coming weeks due to relocating to Connecticut and Kia of Old Saybrook’s Custome Advocate Anthony Russo was extremely understanding and helpful through the whole process and ultimately the reason why I chose to go with Kia. Showed me multiple different models and was not pushy or overbearing at any point during the experience. After deciding on a lease for a new Kia Niro PHEV I dealt with the service manager Alex Pashchak to get the final financing paperwork done and he was also terrific and not pushy at all, explained all the extended warranty packages to me in detail and helped set one up that would work perfect for me in the future. Anthony made sure to introduce me to the service department and set up my first appointment with them before I left (they were also terrific) Anthony also made sure he’s been available over the phone anytime. I had any questions about the vehicle and even reached out afterwards to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and if I had any more questions. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anybody I know looking to buy a car to go to Kia of Old Saybrook and work with Anthony.
