My wife and I extremely enjoy our new 2024 K5 Ex purchased courtesy’s of Waylan Hubbard sales representative and the LAWTON KIA TEAM in OKLAHOMA. We especially enjoy the KIA Access mobile remote options! The gas mileage, reliability, performance modes, luxury, Bose stereo system, interior & exterior design is beyond words! I would recommend this automobile over Cadillac, Lexus, and Jaguar being a previous owner of each including the 1998 Concours Deville and 2003 Escalade. The 2024 K5 rates a 4.9 by TruCar ratings over the 2024 Tesla Model 3 receiving a 4.5 rating, also over the 2024 Cadillac CT4 receiving a 4.6 rating. I had a great experience with Nallely Ramirez. She was so respectful throughout the process. I never felt pressured and she's even contacted me since I bought my new Sorento. Sometimes sales reps try harder than they should and take up more of your time than is necessary. Nallely didn't do that. She was great and I highly recommend her. I would use Clay Cooley for service but the dealership is too far so I'll use a KIA dealership closer to home. Nallely would have discussed all of the service aspects with me but it just was not necessary at that time. This is my second KIA Sorento! I'm definitely a fan.
