Kia of Streetsboro review
This is regarding Cleo Nettler Jr as my salesman Cleo of Kia Streesboro, truly the best salesman I have encountered , ever! He is a wonderful person to work with. He wants to do his best to understand what YOU want and to not push you at all, he will go above and beyond to get you the best price he can and very knowledgeable with the vehicles and there options. I have never known Cleo before this last purchase but I think I can say he is now my salesman and also a good friend. As an example: Cleo took time away from his family and his busy life to come in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. My review—You could not do better that Cleo!!

Initial oil change and tire rotation appointment went well from the service scheduling to the car intake and finally to the dealership exit. Dealership just completed a major upgrade/renovation of the facility. All public areas are well maintained. Coffee, water and snacks are available. Dealership is located adjacent to newly renovated North Olmsted park. I took advantage of the sunny weather to walk the park paths while the service was being completed. Car was washed. Windshield fluid was topped off which is rarely done these days. Work was completed in about an hour.

What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! I am a big fan of Spitzer Kia West and I’m sure a future loyal customer! Thank you Luis Luna and the great people at Spitzer Kia West!

The staff here is outstanding—warm, welcoming, and highly professional. I came in for a recall repair and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. To my surprise, they even washed my car, which was such a thoughtful touch! Scheduling and check-in were quick and effortless, and despite being in the middle of renovations, the team handled everything with impressive efficiency. Truly a top-notch experience!

I got into a car accident and I needed a new car fast. Ron Stephan was excellent, he was kind and he explained everything really well. It was my first car buying experience ever so I needed more explaining in the process. Very kind person, if you ask for Ron you will see a smiling face! Great experience even though I was there because I was in an accident. I would go to him again in the future.

Our experience was very helpful for us. We were able to take our time to make a decision. Our salesperson, Mr. Isaac David was very informative about the vehicles we were looking into. Made us feel very comfortable & not pressured in any way. He was very knowledgeable in answering questions & showing us how some of the new options works in the vehicles. Pleased with the service overall! 🙂🚙
