Hello, I would like to take the time to acknowledge Sharleen Macias. I recently had an outstanding experience with my service advisor Sharleen Macias, and I feel it’s important to recognize the level of professionalism and care I received. From the moment I arrived, she was very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure all of my concerns were heard and addressed. Sharleen took the time to clearly explain the services needed, provided honest recommendations, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured—just well-informed and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Her communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed on time. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction the way she does. Sharlene’s dedication, transparency, and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with her if anyone is looking for reliable and exceptional service. Please let me know you have any questions or concerns. Sincerely a happy customer 😊

There is a reason that this Kia dealership is #1 in the entire country! I am ABSOLUTELY amazed at how professional, well-informed, kind, and accommodating the entire Kia team is. Today I went in to switch out my lease, and was directly assisted by Rick who I have been speaking with for over a month now and been keeping me updated with all the upcoming deals. I finally had the chance to check out some cars and was helped out by Rick at every step of the process to find the perfect car. I left the dealership with a brand new K5 GT Line, with a fabulous price that we were able to work out together with the help of their awesome general manager, Mohamed Kharboush. I also have to thank Assem who assisted with finding the best price, and Jack from finance who were extremely helpful during signing all the final forms. THANK YOU KIA GLENDALE FOR ANOTHER AWESOME LEASE!!

I’m the client for this location for the last 12 years and although there are other different cars in the market , I always go with Kia and the only reason is that this place has the best and most reliable service department. They are simply the best, for them you are not just a subject to bill, they listen they try to find a way to make you more comfortable and less effected by costs. All of this is happening because of the service manager Mr. Raymond ! He is the guy that you want to take over your issues and concerns about your vehicle in a very professional and human way that is possible. If you are tired and anxious about how you got treated in other locations please just visit this place for once even for a simple oil change and you will thank me later. Thank you guys and specially Mr. Raymond for all you are doing there🙏🙏👍👍

We bought our KIA last year (2024) with a package of free oil change, 4times/year. Since then I been at Kia xxxxxxGlendale 3times for oil change. The service is great! It goes smooth, easy and for free! :) They never tried to put on me any kind of an extra charge. Their service is always professional and correct! I'm very satisfied with KIA xxxxxxat Glendale.
