I love the Mark Kia dealership in Scottsdale because they have the best customer service! I live in Tempe but chose to come to this specific location because of their amazing service and attitude. The employees are always updating us on our car. I love Mrs.Cori and her energy that she gives. She’s always super sweet and helpful.

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

Faster than a naked pigmy, they sold me a car that i love to drive, at a decent price. the kids (stilll have them, regardless of that evil ex) love it too. Higher than MSRP, but I was in a hurry to get to work after my sentencing was done.

MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

Had an excellent experience working with William Green to select our 2012 Toyota Highlander. Felt absolutely no pressure. Was very knowledgeable about the automobile as well as the entire transaction process. The entire staff were very professional and the facilities were top notch in appearance. This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

Bought this Niro LX brand new. I was impressed with it within the first hour. Plenty of power when you need it, plenty of economy all the time. We currently have 68,000 miles on it, and the only thing I have had to get fixed is the A/C system which was under warranty. We take long trips in this car and always average over 50 mpg. Driving in town gets 54 - 56mpg. It is so very quiet, even when the ICE is running. Its a shame that the price of these has risen over $10,000 since we bought ours. Not a car that I would pay $30,000 for. I have purchased 3 Kias since this one, and I love them all.

I found them to be very honest With straight forward with the answers to the questions I asked the only reason we didn't buy there car was the shipping just moved it above our price range. Doug

This is my second Niro! And I would’ve not gotten rid of the first one with if someone hadn’t plowed into me, when her ran a red light. Have had no major issues with the car the whole time I have owned it.

I love my Kia Niro Hybrid! I love all of the info that is continuously displayed above my steering wheel next to the speedometer that shows me when electric power is being used or being stored; my current MPG based on my driving practices; and at the end of my trip, it tells me exactly what my mpg was for that trip as well as what percentage of my driving was economical, normal, or aggressive! What an eye opener! I was able to increase my awareness of how my driving practices immediately impact the bottom line! I was able to reduce my aggressive driving from 11% to just 3% within just a few months. Now I don’t just think I’m a good driver, I KNOW that I am a safer driver! As an older driver, I am thrilled with the back up camera! Such a big help backing out of parking spaces in parking lots ( no blind spots!) and getting out of my driveway onto a major thoroughfare in my town! I feel so much safer. And being a grandmother of a kid in elementary school, a kid in day care, and a toddler I keep all day, I have precious cargo! But my favorite thing of all is that I only have to get gas about every 3 weeks instead of every week! I highly recommend the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! I didn’t think I could afford it when I bought it used 2 years ago…until I realized how much money I would be saving at the gas pump! I’m very happy with it!

I couldn’t be happier about my experience buying a used Toyota from Big Two. The car was as represented on the internet. The price was really the price, no hidden extra charges, fees for cleaning it etc... Randi was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The attention given to me while waiting for the paperwork and prep was appreciated although the wait was less than I have experienced at other dealers.

Love this car and i am not a car person now or when i bought it but it reliable, agile, good viewing angles, and a design which still distinguishes it, and a killer red that is handsome when clean and shiny. You'd have to offer me conserably over resale market price to consider giving it up. Can you imagine if i can get over 200k miles? Did i also tell you the freakisly amazing 52 mph, 54 mph, 56 mph (only once and i have odometer before and after pics). I'm not one on cloth interiors and i am so used to it i can't comment. All i can say is I keep the interior very clean, uncluttered, and it never smells!

I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! I have the 2022 no plug in my average drive is 22 miles a day I only have to fill up about every 3 weeks. Love my car

Very low pressure sales. The car sold itself, but Rocky (our salesman) was great, as was the Sales manager and our Finance manager. This was a great experience!

I've had this car since 2023, and I've put almost 35k miles on it thus far. I've maintained it by manual specifications and have had no issues with how the car performs. The only issue I've had that was semi-irritating was the Android Auto/Carplay would cut out on me but I finally got a dealership to replace a faulty USB port and have had zero issues since! I get great milage and have no complaints as of today.

I love my gas mileage almost 600 miles on a fill-up costing under $30. BUT my AC went out around 80,000 that sucks it cost almost $3000 to fix at the dealership. Beside that I love this car.

The internet manager and staff did a wonderful job in setting up appointments, finding the right car and communicating.

My bank was giving me issues so he recommended me go to a different credit union and they gave me half of the interest rate that my bank was going to. Our Niro has been a great car, outstanding mileage and with regular service has been a good, reliable workhorse. Roomy rear seating, rear seat drops down for easy loading of luggage, small bike, pet carrier.

2023 Niro SX HEV is my 2nd Niro. I purchased this a a Certified Pre-owned car with 14,400 miles on it. It now has 22,000 trouble free miles. The CPO warranty is the same as new car warranty. I appreciate the size, utility, comfort and fuel economy (52 mpg ave with 90% of miles in city). My 1st Niro was a 2019 PHEV which I was very happy with. It had two electrical issues, both were covered under warranty with no problem. I traded up to the 2nd generation Niro for the increased room and improved comfort over the 1st generation. I didn't get a PHEV the 2nd time around because I don't put many miles on the car and financially it made more sense to get the HEV rather than the PHEV after the Fed tax credit expired. Very happy with both Niros and recommend them for anyone wanting a comfortable, well equipped hybrid or PHEV.

CarMax is much smoother than any other car buying experience you will ever find. Their salesman Matthew Johnson is a great guy. He was very patient and helped me find the perfect car after I spent months researching. He really knew what he was doing and gave me a wonderful experience. I would recommend CarMax to anyone!

2019 Kia Niro was purchased used in August 2022. During test drive it did not blow cold air. Thankfully it was under warranty and repaired in a few days. Steering wheel volume control did not work when turning volume down, only up, and it was brought in and repaired under warranty within 2 hours. Great warranty. I have not had any issues since those two things and hopefully do not have any more. Drives like a dream and I’m averaging 54MPG

I have had my car for 8 years now. It has 104,000 miles on it and (knock on wood) I have not had any problems with it! I do drive a lot of highway miles and not as many in town!

Have 10.5k miles on hybrid model. Getting over 52 mpg around town. Car has enough pep love the android auto feature. Rides a little rough but handles well low center of gravity. Interior nice for base model like the exterior looks. Third KIA not a problem with any of them. Read the warranty b4 buying KIA even warranties the storage batteries for 10 tears 100k miles to original buyer. Love the Niro bought the cargo shield to hide items in rear. Carl Cox was excellent to deal with and very responsive to all our questions. The only glitch was the long wait to meet with Finance for check out and payment. They were way understaffed for a busy Saturday. Hopefully, they will get that resolved. The dealership and all the personnel we met were very professional and easy to work with.

Kia Niro EX Touring, 2023. About one year since purchase. Can't beat the gas mileage! About 54-55 MPG. Love the interior seat material. Comfortable and easy to clean. No issues whatsoever. Performance is good, with nice acceleration. Smooth drive. Trying to think of cons.... Overpriced. Should be $4Kish less. Shiny parts of console and dash show dust too easily. It would be nice to have a bit more cargo space, but that was known when I bought it. Occasionally the seat belt notification sounds off erroneously, but I don't know why.
