2020 Kia Niro review
Great vehicle down graded from Sorento didn't need the space wanted better fuel economy. Have driven cross country right after purchase and was totally impressed. Great room and great ride has all the things we need. Do wish it came in all wheel drive though. Would absolutely purchase this vehicle again.

2022 Kia Niro review
Have 10.5k miles on hybrid model. Getting over 52 mpg around town. Car has enough pep love the android auto feature. Rides a little rough but handles well low center of gravity. Interior nice for base model like the exterior looks. Third KIA not a problem with any of them. Read the warranty b4 buying KIA even warranties the storage batteries for 10 tears 100k miles to original buyer. Love the Niro bought the cargo shield to hide items in rear. I’ve had so much trouble finding and buying a car over the last half year—I know this is largely due to inventory issues everywhere, however, after dealing with 15+ dealerships over a vast region, most places wouldn’t take ownership of services they are still in control of. They’d treat inventory as the scapegoat for everything, when customer service still matters so much. I’d either be immediately dismissed or forced to make a physical appt to get a simple answer that should have been a virtual delivery. That was until I met Nicole at Wolfchase Toyota—by far the best experience I had after searching in MS, SC, GA, ARK, NC, & TN!! She went above and beyond, being quick to respond and providing upfront, direct answers. I was in a pinch and the full transparency and honesty was such a time-saving gamechanger. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the cars and able to answer all my questions, but she was so personable and humanized what is normally a stale process of long waiting periods and never-ending form fills—she made it a fun! Her personality filled the room and put me at ease when making such a big decision. The rest of the staff at Wolfchase was wonderful, too! From the finance department to the delivery—I’m so confident with my purchase, and I would recommend anyone to go there!

2020 Kia Niro review
This is my second Niro I owned a 2017 first then traded for the 2020. I had 64,000 great miles in the 2017 the got the 2020 and have put 33,300 mile on it. Trouble free miles. I get average 49 to 55 miles to the gallon of gas.

Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.

She didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway, and I really appreciated the extra care. A few days later, I called back to follow up and spoke with a supervisor named Henry. He was also very professional and took the time to work with me to help resolve the issue. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. After this experience, I feel confident trusting this Honda dealership with my vehicle. They’re honest, professional, and willing to work with customers—something you don’t find at every dealership. I love that it gets great gas mileage! It is ideal for the amount of driving I do. The Dash while equipped with some tech, is not overwhelming and I can connect my iphone with ease. I like the amount of space it has and look forward to taking it on longer trips!

While visiting our daughter from out of town my husband was looking for a truck. With two days remaining before we were to leave to come back to NE my husband found a truck at Car Mart that checked all the boxes. He spoke with Jimmy and confirmed some information and we went for a test drive. There was a little rotor noise and the two rear tires were quite worn. When we let Jimmy know about those concerns he had it pulled into their shop, they fixed the rotor and put two new tires on the vehicle on the spot. We bought it and our real "test drive" was our 1200 mile return trip to Nebraska. Our experience was wonderful and I would recommend CarMart, and Jimmy in particular to anyone shopping in the Manassas area.
2020 Kia Niro review
I feel like a friend to the environment in this car - yet it is just what I needed in terms of size, speed and mileage. I have always wanted a hybrid or EV and now I have reached that goal with style! It seems to almost never run out of gas and tells me how many miles I have left. I love the beautiful blue color - shiny and impressive!

2021 Kia Niro review
I bought the 2021 Niro Touring SE in Solar Orange about a month ago. So far I am absolutely LOVING it. I have already driven on 4 mini-road trips (2-3 hours highway each way) and average ~42 MPG. I am averaging closer to 48mpg in the city. It is so comfortable, has tons of safety features, just enough storage space and very roomy for passengers. I personally love the bright orange paint color, it stands out and the black leather interior has matching orange accents for a sporty and fun look. I just smile every time I get in it. It may not be the fastest car on the road, but in "sport mode" it really gets up to speed quickly and I don't feel unsafe competing for space on the highway or boosting my speed quickly to out of a bad situation. I love this car so much so far, feel I got a great deal compared to cars of similar age/mileage, and am absolutely loving the 40+ mpg with all the driving I do. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a Niro :-)
