My wife picked up the top of the line version used a year after it was released for under 40K. We have a level 2 charging system in place at home as we anticipated getting one EV. We immediately did a road trip from Denver, Colorado to upper state New York. I knew enough about EVs to know we'd be taking our time and learning as we went. We had some close calls as new EV owners, but always made it to our next level 3 charging station. We made it through some flooding roads in Chicago and our return trip was even faster as we'd learned much from the drive out. I loved the car so much I found the exact make and model (different color) and bought it six months later for under 30K. I wouldn't recommend anyone else road trip unless you've got time to stop frequently, but I use this daily to and from work as well as local excursions. I've had many vehicles over the last 30+ years and this is the nicest, most intuitive & fast (never leaving Eco Mode). I think the reason many are currently hitting the market and substantially lower prices than that initial $48K is most likely a leasing situation, so take advantage of the prices dropping on these very rewarding EVs.

I had really good experience with Honda of Burien! Roberto is a great at his job! didnt feel forced or rushed, and all my questions were answered, concerns were addressed. Definitely would recommend if you buy Hondas.

Great car for trips around the city. A blast to drive. Good range. Maneuvers really well in tight spaces. I’m 6’ 2” and there’s plenty of room in front and back seats. Easy to charge. Inexpensive to maintain. However, the bench seats are extremely uncomfortable. Back up beep is way too loud and annoying. Not worth the price unless there are substantial state and federal incentives.

Bought a 2012 Ford Mustang GT Premium this afternoon from Del Sol and it was an excellent experience. The car is in wonderful shape and was acquired below market value, so I got a great deal. Overall an amazing car. 36,000 miles in just over 1 1/2 years (about 2,000 miles per month). Handles wonderfully, zero repairs so far. Gets 3.5 miles/kW on average in the NYC area - worst in winter, best when using no heat or AC in stop and go driving, but 3.5 is the average. Points taken off for reflective surfaces in the cabin that can blind you when sunlight hits them at the "right" angle. Some stupid head-unit and HVAC quicks (which car doesn't have them?), including settings that -should- stick when re-starting, but do not, and poor control of instrument lighting, which is not consistent across the dashboard. Lots of cargo space with rear seats folded down, and ample legroom in front AND back for passengers. So, I do love the car and love driving it. Would easily consider another Kia EV in the future.

We chose the entry level trim model. This vehicle has amazing fuel mileage and drives much better than you would expect at the price. Many of the features for this trim level are not offered on equivalent vehicles from other manufacturers.

The process I used to purchase my new Sedona was a bit unusual: I used mostly email to communicate my wishes to candidate dealerships, and Chuck Olson offered the lowest out-the-door price for the most car. So, I was able to bypass the typical car-buying 'routine' of sales pitch, followed by interminable waits in the salesperson's office while he or she consulted with the 'sales manager' on various deal structures. Once Chuck Olson confirmed a firm price in email, I was able to make an appointment to pick up the car, complete the necessary paperwork, and write the check. I made it clear that my time with them on the appointed day was limited, as we live some distance from Seattle, and each trip we make into town has to accommodate a number of appointments, often jammed closely together. Unfortunately, the office visit took much longer than I had anticipated, making me embarrassingly late for the next commitment for the day. Part of the reason was that the salesperson didn't confirm my current address and other information in advance, and all the paperwork was in error and had to be updated during my visit. The finance guy, while pleasant and competent, also took the usual time to offer various options (i.e., extra warranty coverage) most of which non-applicable to our purchase, or of no interest to us. If I'd been asked, I could have clarified those details well in advance, and would have been out of the office in less than half an hour. All that notwithstanding, I was impressed by the salesperson's desire to be helpful, and grateful for his clear, if hurried, explanations of some of the car's features.

We've had our Niro for just over a year. That's when we got the notice that Kia Connect "Ultimate" the tech package was being disconnected. We no longer have remote door locks, remote starting and other features unless we're willing to pay $150 -200 per year after dropping $40,000+ for these features. This must be their definition of "service after the sale."

Wonderful experience. They really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Because my car was a special order they even provided me with a loaner until it arrived. This really was the easiest car purchase ever.

Picked up in February 2022. Great commuter car, 200 + miles per charge, but lack of level 3 charge stations restricts long distance trips. Even in Economy mode car can be QUICK off the line! Driving / handling is good. Quick start in a turn, front wheel torquing can be an issue but this is with any front wheel drive car. No inside release for charge door. Have to get out, open charge door then go back to drivers door to lock the car doors. Charge door on front of car so it can get snow packed in winter. Not tow or bike receiver rated. Bottom line: Fun & economical car to drive. Enough head & shoulder room. Comfortable drivers seat. Gauges/ dials / buttons EASY to figure out. Regen brakes and paddle shifters take a bit to adjust to. If Kia gives the Niro a tow rating, I would buy it again.

Great facility, friendly staff, and got exactly what I wanted and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Finance options were fantastic, and was given a better rate than expected!

Amazing performance. No need for shifting with electric vehicles so acceleration is immediate. The weight of the battery keeps it grounded so you don’t miss the unneeded equipment of a gasoline engine. Just need to install a power source at home and charge up overnight. Once you do the math and deduct the expense of gas from the price…it becomes the obvious choice for you and the planet. Fab features like Smart Cruise and Auto Hold make driving FUN. Don’t overlook this one!

The car is great to drive. Has a really decent range for being an electric vehicle. Manufacture states 239 miles per charge but I get 254 miles per charge. Quest, smooth and relaxing drive. Has plenty of power and option. The back seat as a good amount of leg room and I am 6'2". Recommend this car to anyone.

Our salesman, Beshoy Gendy , did a really good job of showing me the car I was interested in, a 2016 Shelby GT 350 Mustang. Really no pressure before and after me and my son Tyler tested it on the road. The car really sold itself but Beshoy made us feel relaxed and was very accommodating and chill to my needs. I engaged the vendor through cars.com and asked for email engagement only to start. They complied, answered all my questions via email, includes vehicle inspection reports, car fax and quick reply in follow up emails. Unfortunately the car sold before I was able to get to dealership. But they were great during my initial engagement.

It is so inexpensive to operate this 2020 Kia Niro EV EX model! At 0.0619 per kw that I pay with my electric company, it cost me about $3.96 cents to get 239 mile range!

I have to say that Jeffrey Belmonte was an outstanding sales agent. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, he made some suggestions then showed me a Carnival and a K5. He provided excellent information on both vehicles in order for me to make the best decision. Looking at a Carnival, it was solid and nice, but I will only transport me. Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.
