When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. I really like this car. I love being able to avoid the gas station for months at a time and using a more responsible form or energy. The mileage is also incredible :500 miles on one tank, and of course 24 "free" electric miles every time you charge it up. The charger can get dicey: you have to make sure it is fully inserted into the port. Also, be aware that this model comes with no spare, only a "can of goop", which is not going to be able to repair a serious flat. There have been transmission problems reported with this model. Mine was actually bought back by Kia from the original owner because of a transmission problem. But, all in all, I really enjoy owning this car.

I'm happy with the car. They have a good warranty and it seems well designed and sturdy. I did have issues with the UVO head unit but they are replacing it tomorrow.

I had very high demands for my next car as I truly loved my 2013 Elantra GT. But knew it was time to upgrade and decided that a plug in hybrid was the only way to go. This car has exceeded my expectations in every way. Spacious quiet, has lots of zip that other hybrids I had driven didn't have. I love all the safety features like lane change detection as well as lots of media features- and I LOVE SiriusXM which it comes with. There are all sorts of modifications to those features depending on your driving choice. I have been driving just on the electric motor rather than hybrid for most of my driving in town and some highway driving. I use it in my real estate business. I have charged the car 3 times this week and the gas gage has not changed. So Im guessing I'll go thru 1 tank of gas every 1-2 months at most- instead of 3 tanks. It gets over 100 mi per gal on electric motor and 45-50 mpg on hybrid. It does not have AWD but in doing my research - unless you are doing lots mountain snow driving and unpaved roads its really not necessary- you just need good all weather tires!
