Used 2020 Kia Optima LX for sale near Santa Clarita, CA

This is a review on the second car I bought from Towbin Dodge In Henderson and another great experience. Qais Was very friendly and helpful and professional and the finance guy, Paul was quick, efficient friendly, and didn’t try to upsell me and also got me a substantial discount on a warranty. Overall, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Great crew over there!

Love this car! Have 45,000 miles on vehicle and have only done brakes and tires… Super happy with the way it looks and responds. Most reliable car I have owned. Would happily go to another Kia after this one!

164,000 miles no issues. Car services me well. The oil usage is slight. I would get another, but KIA doesn't make them anymore. My commute is about 1 hr one way.

Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!

We love our 2020 Optima. So much for the $$. Good size, ride, and ample features including safety for the money. 2nd owner and my daughters commute to college at 34-35 mpg which is good for this size car. Unfortunately too many have engine failure with 2.4L (8-10k replacement) and nearing 60k warranty end I'm going to trade for a Honda or Toyota rather than roll the dice. A shame they can't provide a bulletproof engine with an otherwise awesome car!!

I got the 2020 KIA Optima S trim. The car is great! This is my first car and the safety features helps me out a lot. The backup camera works really well thankfully because I can’t see see anything out the back window lol. I’m in the military so I drive her around a little more often than usual. The car holds up well. The car is very comfortable as well I drive her back home (15hrs) and have no issues at all. The fuel economy is great as well get around 530 miles on a full tank. The car is not a race car so I wouldn’t expect that kind of performance. That being said she is pretty fast and handles great! I got mine in 2021 for about $24k with around 23k miles on it. For the money I’d definitely say it’s worth it.

Loved the Optima after upgrading from a Forte due to highway issues with it. Lots of room, dashboard has all the bells & whistles you could want. Quick pickup, gas mileage is great if you aren't using the A/C which burns gas fast. It's a great car and I loved it! Unfortunately turning it in after nearly 3 years due to mechanical issues. Battery went after 1 year of use, starter just went on it 2 days ago, collision warning system keeps shutting down while just driving with error message. Everything was covered under warranty, but I never had these fast problems with my Toyota's. Trading it in tomorrow for something else. Plus they did away with the Optima line.

I called the service department on October 15, 2025. Because I thought that the front collision avoidance system on my new 2025 Telluride was not operating. I Spoke with Giana. And asked if I stopped by could one of the techs look at it and ascertain if it was just shut off, or if it was something else, and I would have to make an appointment for service. She was very accommodating and advised me to stop down. When I arrived I spoke with Erin. Who came out to see if there was a reason for the system to be off. But it looked fine. Then Rubio. One of the service technicians came over to look at it. And he took it for a test drive. When he came back he advised me that all of the systems were working as they should be. He also explained to me how and under what conditions the front collision avoidance system works. I want to thank Giana and Erin for helping me and especially Rubio for taking the time to test drive the car and for explaining the system to me. Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

I and my wife only use the dealer's services for maintenence and repairs. We are always satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the friendliness of the office technicians

The staff has always been helpful, courteous and willing to help. I have had my experiences with other places over the years and I am very picky. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
