I have the fully loaded SXL turbo and it has everything you could want in a car. Best bang for your buck hands down. And it gets up in speed and pushed you back in your seat if you have this model. In love

The OPTIMA 2015 was a good car to own for me. The look and color was right, driving the car felt sexy with speed, I saved a lot of money on gas. BUT, the passenger seat was too low. NEEDED the SEAT Lumbar support and Seat Cushion Height. OVERALL NICE CAR TO HAVE. PS The maintenance plan was Affordable

Great car and great stereo system, one of the best good on gas as well. The car is also fast believe it or not, I was surprised.

This is the best car I have ever owned I love it the ride is so smooth and it's amazing on gas can't wait to see how it is treating me in 5 years or more
The service person was very careful and noticed that I had a nail in my tire and she made sure it got fixed. I appreciated her attention to detail. Her thoroughness throughout the process was excellent. I did not have an appointment but everything I needed got taken care of.
I had an amazing experience when I visited Kia this past Saturday.
When my husband and I first arrived, we walked the lot and began looking at the vehicles. we did our homework and research over the last few weeks so we already knew what our top 3 choices were before arriving. Adam was the sales rep who greeted us first. He said ' Hi my name is Adam, I'm here to assist you and answer any questions you may have, just let me know when you are ready." I am assuming by the look on my face, he knew that we weren't looking for anyone to be pushy because he commented back " I am one of the least pushy salesmen so I’ll just be over here until you let me know you are ready." I really appreciated that because it was like he was reading my mind. Anyway, we asked to test drive the car, we asked other questions that we had and received very prompt and honest responses… and then came the financing part. My husband and I both were dreading this part…. We knew what we wanted so the finagling of our finances was not something we wanted to argue over. Much to our surprise, Adam was amazing! He didn’t push us into anything we didn’t want, he didn’t try and overstep what we said we wanted by offering us something different (I’m sure its because he knew we knew what we wanted and were on a mission to get it), he just made a few suggestions that we didn’t touch upon and that was it. He tried to hurry the process along, checked several times if we were thirsty, if we wanted to watch tv while we waited, showed us the restroom, he even asked about our kids (we mentioned them a few times when test driving the car) and was just very personable. He made us feel like friends instead of a source of his next paycheck and we very much appreciated that. Once all the approvals went through, we went to meet with Ronnie W in finance. Again, he read our vibes (or maybe Adam forewarned him) that we were on a mission and cut right to the chase. He got us exactly what we wanted (well, to be honest it was $2 over what we wanted but he made up for it other places), we got a MUCH better deal on our Gap Insurance Package than what we had and again, was very personable and made us feel comfortable.
Anyway, my point is, car buying is a huge pain in the TUSHY but these 2 gentleman made it in a way, enjoyable. I didn’t feel pressured when I left, I didn’t feel like I just signed my name to a contract that’s going to scar me for life and I didn’t drive away in a car that I didn’t like.
Overall, I wish I could give 100 stars because who walks away from buying a car less stressed then when you walked in? WE DID!

I enjoy the car very much thus far ...what concerns me though is the fact that the 2.5 litter that I have in my optima had a recall for lower end knocking .... which turned out to be a huge recall
Unfortunately, leaving an unfamiliar entrance, I hit a curb and needed a repair costing $1,631.00, I will be back because they just left the spare tire loose and it is making a terrible noise. I DO WANT TO GIVE STACEY A ???GOLD STAR??? FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME!

Let me start by say thanks to Andres Olaya for serving me during this deal! He was very helpful, patient and honest. But, my only concern is the finance guy, Om was very rude and disrespectful. I have been buying cars from Brahman Honda family for years, and this is the first time I met him. My experience with him was terrible. When I was closing the deal, he asked me some embarrassing personal questions. I felt like I was in front of "ICE" or a law enforcement officer checking my immigration status. After that I came back to cancel a bunch of unnecessary expensive insurance, which my car has already covered with. He got mad at me, however, he forgot I was the one hurting financially. In addition, they charge me $19799. 82 for the 2017 Honda Civic. I think it's a reasonable price I even email both GM and GM sales about it thanking them. After a closer look to other places come to find out that Brahman Honda's price is higher by $809 to be exact. For instance, when I look through GEICO.com/replacemycar, they have my vehicle for $18,999.00, which I blame myself for. At first, I did not know anything about the car until my car salesman (Andres) introduced it to me who by the way was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. As a knowledgeable buyer my job was to research the vehicle and to learn about the features and price etc, so to come prepare to negotiate. I skipped all these and quickly jump to conclusions. In fact, I give them a lot of credit because they can realize I know nothing about the vehicle and could've sell me the car for more money. They did not do that. It shows their honesty and comprehension for their customers. From the bottom of my heart I really appreciate that. Overall my experience with this dealership was great besides this finance guy who gave me a mix experience.

(Service:Oct. 3-5,2016)Jackie not only knew about cars, but she went the extra mile to make sure she called the Ohio dealership about my car in order to get the best service for my 2002 Honda Accord. She kept in touch with me(my car had to have service for 2 1/2 days!) and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. I felt she understood what was going on and knew how to treat me. She also was willing to get me some kind of discount on a bill that was almost $3,000. What a huge task for her. I had such a terrible experience last Dec. with the other person I had to deal with and was not going to come back. The only reason I did was because I was going to get free service of tire rotation and oil change because of my complaint about the guy who was so horrible to me in Dec. Because of Jackie, I think I will come back. Jacquline Balboni deservers a bonus or extra recognition for how she treated me. This car is awesome. It has pretty much everything I wanted. The only thing is there is not a charger port in the back seat of the vehicle.
I LOVE my 2018 Kia Optima SXL. Car is fully loaded. 360 degree camera, Nappa Quilted leather, led exterior AND interior lights, pano sunroof, rear USB ports, front AND rear heated seats, front cooled seats, rear sun shades, and etc. Brought the car used from a reputable dealer in Ohio, got a GREAT deal, saving thousands! Test drove a few of its competitors ( Honda Accord, Nissan Altima, Chevy Malibu) . This car wasn’t even on my list. I am so HAPPY HAPPY , oh did I say HAPPY with my first new car purchase...and my family and coworkers are. My recommendation... if you’re looking for a mid size car, test drive on of these! Thanks Kia for making a Stylish, spacious, sexy, sporty, and safe car ( the 5 S’s)!!!!!
Purchased new after a disastrous 6 months with a new Civic.
This car never let me down, never had a squeak or rattle, and never a trip to the dealer for anything but maintenance. I'd still own it today if it hadn't been rear-ended, twice, in the year that I owned it. It was successfully repaired both times but I just didn't feel comfortable driving it any longer. Paid off and traded.
This car has EVERYTHING! I purchased the EX with the Premium package and there's not really much more I could even think of putting into a car... maybe massaging front seats? That's really it. I bought this car primarily for commuting in and out of the city and I don't even mind sitting in traffic anymore. I just slide open the sunroof, turn up the music, pop on the ventilated front seats, and take my foot off the gas while the stop and go cruise control deals with the congestion.
The only gripe I really have with the car is that it's slow to accelerate from a stop. The engine doesn't lack for power, but when you really need to make that turn before the next wave of vehicles blocks your path, there is about a 1 second delay after you slam on the gas before the vehicle will launch. Could definitely lead to an accident if you're not expecting that delay. Otherwise the drive is smooth and it accelerates quickly afterwards. 100% recommend this car to any budget conscious techy.
This was a great car! Amazing gas mileage and very reliable. I highly recommend this car for anyone that's looking for a affordable car that has great gas mileage.
Car met everything I was looking for, great price, very solid feel to vehicle, very sporty looking . Interior is very nice combination of new style and basic functionality.
i think the vehicle is fabulous and i love driving it now that i have extended blocks for the brake and gas petals. i am embarrassed that my new car has such faulty carpeting.
The new Honda facility is comfortable and efficient. Bringing my car in for just a minor servicing is a pleasure. Prompt and courteous service. A very spacious and clean waiting area was nice.

I had driven a 2015 Hyundai Eco that comes with the same engine and transmission combination and felt this was superior to the standard engine.
I have had the car for over 6 months, the first one in Las Vegas. The engine and transmission were balkey for about 3,700 miles. After the engine and transmission are now smooth, powerful and economical. Since the engine and transmission have been broken in, I average over 30 mpg in city driving. The car is smooth, quiet and a pleasure to drive. The voice command system for both phone and navigation work very well. We were out of town and I asked the navigation to locate a place. It responded immediately and correctly.
