On October 16th, 2024, we assisted our daughter in purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Our bank is in New York. In my opinion, the bank wasn't moving fast enough to get the money over to make the purchase. Mike was our salesperson. I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

I recently purchased a used car from Warrington Auto Sales in Warrington, PA and had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were very responsive to my inquiries and straightforward in their communication, which I really appreciated. Although I bought the vehicle that I went for, I was surprised at strong variety of vehicles available to choose from had I not made up my mind before visiting the dealership. I paid cash and didn't finance, so I can comment on those but, if you are looking to buy, I highly recommend Warrington Auto Sales if you’re looking for a smooth, customer-friendly used car buying process.

We saw a Mini Roadster they had on cars.com. I inquired about it snd someone got right back with us. The day we were out to test drive it the car was waiting for us. No pressure sales- easy process. They allowed us to take the car to a prepurchase inspection at the local mini dealership and it came back needing new front tires- other than that the car was great/ low mileage too. Buying the car was a breeze. Would def recommend this dealership the owner was a pleasure to deal with.
