I had the pleasure of working with Zack on trading in my precious vehicle and being able to walk out with a 2027 Kia Seltos, all while being in my price range. Zack was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and the entire buying process. If he didn?t know something, he made sure to find out! Once I decided on which car I wanted, I was able to work with Lauren in the finance dept. She made the process move seamlessly and provided me with all necessary information to make sure I transitioned from a PA plate to an NC plate. I will definitely be back for all work on the vehicle, and even when it?s time for the next upgrade.

The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.
