To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

I am an active military member stationed in Virginia. I was in the market for a small vehicle for my Daughter who attends school in Arizona. As you know, car buying can be a tricky, complex, and at times be a downright sleezy experience. My situation was made a little worse due to my inability to actually travel to Phoenix to make the purchase. This meant that my wife and Daughter, neither of which has ever purchased a vehicle, had to close the deal. I reached out to several dealerships in the vicinity of I17 and Bell road, most of which had fair advertised prices. However, once I got into the details that determine the out the door price, the shady/sleezy part showed its head. Mandatory tint, mandatory paint protection, extra charge for warranty, extra charge for a cash deal. All garbage used to justify a lower advertised price and prey on clients with inexperience, low credit or low IQ. There was no way I was sending my family into that mess. One of the many discussions I had with the many dealerships was with a man name Brian Cruz at the Bell road Hertz location. From moment one he gave it to me straight. No haggle means no haggle. Can't adjust the costs to meet my budget. The deal advertised is the deal. We worked through the numbers and not only were they fair but they were also considerably lower than the competition. No kidding $2,000 less than the next nearest competitor for the same car and mileage. I know Brian doesn't get to set prices or sales policy at Hertz but he does get to be part of it. Thank you Brian and thank you Hertz for cutting an honest and fair deal from moment one in the process. I will recommend you to anyone in my circle of family and friends! Enemies can go across the street!

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

Great experience at Horne Kia, I haven't purchased a car since 2014 so I wasn't sure what the experience would be like but Matt Smith helped us tremendously. We gave him the lowdown on what we could afford and the features that were important to us, he came back 10 minutes later with 1 car in mind. My husband and I test drove it and fell in love. Once we confirmed we wanted to move forward, Matt took car of all the paperwork and set us up with our finance person, Sean. While we were getting financed, Matt put the vehicle into detailing and wash so when we were ready to leave, all he had to do was hand us the keys. We got a picture in front of the car and were out within 3 hours. If we're ever in the market for another vehicle, we're coming back here.

We leased the car in November, 2020. My wife drove to Massachusetts several times during the next 5 months. Got great gas mileage and handled excellent. We're so happy with the car, we're buying out the lease. I'm 6'5" and have minimal problems getting in and out. I also use a rollator, and have adequate room to transport it in the rear storage area. This is our 5th Kia and have never had any major problems with the brand. Great car for the price.

The service department is well organized and provides good service. I live in Gilbert but drive to Mark Kia to get service for my Telluride.
