I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

I am not in a position to appraise the actual repair because I am not a mechanic, but we have never had reason to complain about an Audi Hunt Valley repair in several decades so I assume it is correct. I can speak to working with the service staff and they were professional, personable, and ready to provide details as requested.

I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car. I was directed to John Wyatt. He was excellent. He was professional, considerate and well - informed. He helped me pick the right car for me. I am very satisfied. Thank You!

Received a call from Vernon about possibly trading my 2016 Soul that I love. Didn?t need a new one. Then Vernon did the math and I left with a 2018 turbo Soul with a rediculously low interest rate, extended warranty and Gap insurance for not much more than I was paying!!! Great deal, awesome car! The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I?ve made over the years. Thank you Jeannie and team for genuinely exceeding my expectations, by a lot!

Great Dealership and I would recommend to customers

Mr. Crooms was a good salesman. Pretty laid back but helpful through the buying process. Only glitch was that we went all the way to Baltimore to buy a blue Nissan Sentra SV and then were told it was sold the day before, so we had to settle for a pearl white which wasn’t our first choice. May have been a bait and switch, but can’t confirm. Anyhow, all went pretty well!

I had a wonderful experience with Bob Bell. Keishon Thomas made everything so easy. I couldn’t ask for anything easier.

Vernon Sharper was awesome!!!! He knew what I wanted and made sure I got it!! Very knowledgable and didn't waste time!!! Got a good price the first time around, and was in and out in no time!!

The customer service from the time you enter the express line till finish cannot be beat. All the employees I came in contact with and who I observed dealing with other customers get an A on their report cards.
