THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Service department is excellent. I have full confidence in them to do work right the first time. They don’t try to sell service that is not needed. The car is always ready when promised. It is always a positive experience.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

From the moment I arrived, Isaac made sure to let me talk, explain my issues. I explained to Isaac, that I purchased this 2002 Monte Carlo SS off the showroom floor in 2002. Over the years, I have put thousands of dollars into making it not only look great, but sound great as well. Nothing has ever needed replacing, I just upgraded to high performance parts. This 2002 Monte Carlo SS has 55000 original miles. This car is so important to me. My plan is to give this to my Grandson. And I want it perfect. Isaac sent my car back to the mechanics and stated he would call me and keep me informed about everything. He didn't let me down once. I'm a U S Army, Vietnam Veteran. I served in the Honor Guard for 1 year. Performing as the Funeral Escort and holding and folding our American Flag that would be presented to their surviving member. Isaac, and the mechanics who work here at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, deserve not just a pat on the back. But an award showing that they are appreciated. A great start would be the waiting room. I remember going in, there would be coffee, donuts, and fruit. Not a thing... If it wasn't for the first impressions of Isaac, the many phone calls keeping me updated. And the fantastic work of your mechanics. I would have went somewhere else, and left 1 star. And 1 sentence. Because of them. And the fact that they knew how important this car is to me. I have owned a 2017 Sorento LX V6 for almost 7 years now. Just about to hit 94k miles and it runs as quiet as the day I bought it. I have driven all over the country and Mexico. Never had any issues. I do oil changes every 7500 miles and I have never had any oil loss. I have had family members buy Kias because of how solid ours has been. My most recent trip was with 4 adults and 500 lbs of luggage through 5500 miles and averaged 27.8 mpg. I plan on keeping it for at least another 7 years!

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.

We've been searching hard for a new car for our new 16yr old and ended up as Asay auto. Although we didn't end up finding the 'right' car for her there, the customer services was really great. We worked with them for a couple of weeks to try to find the 'right' car and Jason stayed in touch with us throughout the process. Leon was also great in helping us try to get what we wanted. 2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

They asked US what WE wanted and OUR budget. Then they pulled each car up to us while we waited in the showroom. No pressures. No price haggling. Superstore inventory on their massive lot. No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

Magicly disappeared oil every month without staining the driveway or the car. It has the capacity to be zero on oil and not give any dashboard signs or smell that is burning it like a drunken sailor. A perfect design of ingenious kind to have a dead engine in less than 80,000 miles.

The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle.
