I have only owned this vehicle for two weeks now. It has every safety feature you can imagine. The gas mileage is incredible. I get over 600 miles when I fill it. I have owned 4 optima's before I got this car. I am going on a couple of road trips in the next two months. Can't wait to see the mileage I will get and I am so glad I don't have to stop and plug it in.

Fix my truck headlight. They got the parts in a couple of days. In the meantime I was in a loaner truck. So no problem. Shame that parts are not kept in stock but that how it is. Joe does a great job

I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

The salesman Craig was extremely helpful in my attempts to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum. He worked with me to establish a budget that accommodated my needs to the precise amount. However, due to my recent purchase of another vehicle one month prior. This wasn’t the right time for me to trade in my car for the newer vehicle Nucar was offering me. I so appreciate the customer service sales support Craig extended to me and the expertise in knowing my dilemma and guiding me this process. First brand new car I’ve ever bought. Love it so far. Fairly quick when it needs to be, just don’t hammer it down if not needed. Love the screen and controls. Gas mileage is amazing. Overall happy. Only complaint is the third row is definitely for smaller kids. My two tennage boys despise getting back there. Not a ton of space if third row is up, but set it down and there is plenty! Enjoy

It is exactly everything I wanted. The turbo helps with acceleration and all of the added options make for a comfortable commute everyday. The 3rd row leg room is more than expected.

Nice car, nice ride. Little sluggish on take-off. Controls are a little hard to get used to. Could do a better job on the illustrations in the manuals that come with the car.

I looked everywhere trying to find a Toyota Highlander with low miles and i hit the jackpot with these folks! Every single person from the salesman “Yordi” to the manager were phenomenal to us!! I was so worried about my payments being high that these guys worked hard and made it doable for me! I can’t thank them enough!!! Highly Recommend!!

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Ive have had my 2023 KIA sorento hybrid for about a month. The car get very good gas mileage on a recent 509 mile trip to vermont I got 34mpg the car is very comfortable and fun to drive. the only complaint I have is the car’s computer is very complicated to program I have read the manual which is also complicated Just now i’m beginning to understand how to call up various options these new systems can do so much I guess it is very difficult to make them easy to use

I purchased a 2017 Dodge Challenger from Lithia Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat of Spokane on 1/16/24. When I arrived home, I noticed a couple of issues I felt should have been disclosed pre-purchase. I contacted the salesman to discuss but didn’t think at that time there would be any resolution. As a result of what I felt was a non-response, I posted 1 star reviews of this dealership on 1/20/24 On 1/23/24 General Sales Manager James Richards reached out to me to discuss these issues. After a brief discussion, James resolved both of these issues to my satisfaction and I sincerely appreciate it. Thank you James. I would shop at this dealership for future purchases.

Nice car , smooth ride but the gas mileage is off I only get 30 on highway and average 33 They quote 35 / 37 / 39 I’m not getting that , so I I’m disappointed Not worth the extra money I paid to get this car. Thought I could save some money but I think it is gonna be a wash

We purchased the SX Prestige and it's a very well appointed vehicle. It is very comfortable for adults in the first two rows of seats and the third row is comfortable for the grandkids. It drives like a dream and has just about every safety system you could imagine which was daunting for my wife at first but she has a handle on it all now. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfortable ride. The exterior is very stylish and doesn't have that minivan look at all nor does it look like most of the mid size SUVs. The warranty is excellent which should give you an additional sense of security as far as long term issues with the major systems. Overall this is one of the nicest vehicles we have owned and we have owned the higher priced competitors of the same style and size. It is at a fair price point for what you get but my suggestion is to purchase the prestige package as it's only a few thousand more and the difference is pretty significant. As of yet I see no drawbacks to this vehicle and am glad that I took a look at KIA.

So far, so good. I have owned it for a week and am getting nearly 37mpg driving city and highway which is what they advertise. I'm sure I will be happy not to visit the gas station as much. It has great get up and go if needed, smooth shifting, & ride. The only thing I don't like is it does not come in SX trim level as of now. I would have liked leather seats and cooled as well as heated seats.

Dealership promptly responded to my request for information on a particular vehicle. Laurie Perkins followed up on my request but unfortunately they didn't have the color of the Niro that I wanted.

Only reason why I gave facilities a lower score is because they were going through a lot of construction and we were in a temporary location. But they went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable.
