This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. They took that nasty, anxious edge of buying a car and tossed it right in the garbage 🗑️ Anna was a special lady and very informative and gracious to us. She answered all questions and helped iron out various small things along our journey at Russ Darrow in Waukesha. Best Deal Ben came alongside Anna and really helped to seal this deal for us. No problem or pressure for us at all. Anna listened to our story and empathized with us. She really helped us out. I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Came into Honda for an oil change and tire rotation. Tim greeted me with a smile and promptly took the keys to my vehicle and was right on time! Before I knew it, my vehicle was ready, all clean and shiney, warmed up, on this cold winter day. He even drove it right up to the exit for me, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the paperwork! No Charge! I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

I started in August with a visit. Met Rick Klinkhammer and discussed vehicles. Over the course of several months with visits and phone calls to Rick with concerns and questions I returned in November to purchase my vehicle. Rick made sure all my details of contract were in line with my requests. I came back 2 days later to pick up my vehicle and Rick Klinkhammer spent over an hour with me going over all the cars features and even helped me preset the controls. If you go to Porcaro, ask for Rick.

My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. So a big Kudos for the friendly and helpful sharing of resources. Beats defending your turf(s) anytime.

I bought my 2010 Soul right off the line and have loved her since. She's a red shortage with the flashing speakers and red/black interior. It's easy and fun to drive, can park it anywhere, good on gas and tags cheaper than an SUV. I can pack a ton of stuff in her when I flip the seats down. I feel safe in her because she's well balanced and has multiple airbags. I now have 159,000 miles on her and looking forward to the next. It's a good car that is cheaper to buy than others. I drove 102 miles to work everyday. She handled the ice and snow great (I also kept good tires on her). Recommended my youngest daughter get one. She did and loves herself too.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.
