The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Air was low in tires; couldn't find a functional air pump at any service station. Pulled my Elantra into Wilkins and the service advisor was happy to take care of it without an appointment. Thanks to her and Wilkins for the great service!

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

I was skeptical at first, but Jonathan Medina quickly put me at ease. He was outgoing, but not pushy. He allowed me to fully inspect the vehicle at my pace. Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Service Advisor, Nicholas Moore went above and beyond. He asked probing questions about the issues I was having and he did a deep dive into my car history and found it was a known software issue. Bing, bang, boom! I was out in no time with my troubles behind me. I will recommend Nicholas anytime.

Very reliable car. Drives good, corners in back a little blinding to see cars or persons behind you or on sides. Also persons trying to break in car get the device from a kia service.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

Relatively painless process when you don't have a great credit score to work with. They can finance where major dealerships cannot (will not). They finance in house

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

The moment I walked through the door, I knew this was the dealership for me. First things first, no pressure! I was braced to be swarmed as soon as I walked. But no, just a wide selection of vehicles, chill sales people and most importantly no pressure to buy. I told them the car I wanted to test drive. The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.
