The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Very satisfied with purchase and servicing of a newer Corvette after trade in of first Corvette after 17 years of ownership.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

Fernando was awesome, being a first time car buyer he gave me alot of options that i probably wouldn't have gotten at a bigger dealership. You can't help but like these guys, it's nice to be treated like a person, and Fernando did just that. Where other Ienders couldn't help me, his stepped up and had no problems. This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

I bought my 2010 Soul right off the line and have loved her since. She's a red shortage with the flashing speakers and red/black interior. It's easy and fun to drive, can park it anywhere, good on gas and tags cheaper than an SUV. I can pack a ton of stuff in her when I flip the seats down. I feel safe in her because she's well balanced and has multiple airbags. I now have 159,000 miles on her and looking forward to the next. It's a good car that is cheaper to buy than others. I drove 102 miles to work everyday. She handled the ice and snow great (I also kept good tires on her). Recommended my youngest daughter get one. She did and loves herself too.

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

The staff there are amazing, they did not pressure me at all I came back 3 times before I bought my F150 the salesman leo and David took me on 3 test drives on different trucks and found the one I liked. They worked to find me a really good interest rate for my credit. Better than I thought I could the managers came out to meet me and let me know that they were working for me. They have a good selection of cars and trucks I sent my parents in after I bought mine and they went out and found them the car they were looking for. I count on my car to get me from here to there, comfortably. The Kia Soul is roomy with all the controls logically and conveniently laid out. I'm not going to take it to track day any time soon. But sometimes I catch myself almost truly enjoying my commute. It's everything I require out of a commuting vehicle (and an occasional long haul ride) - and it's nothing I don't need.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Buying a new car is stressful and expensive. But working with sales rep Laith was my best experience yet. He worked hard to keep my needs first. He brought on other members to make sure my needs were met. He made an impossible request happen as much as he could. I say if you are looking to buy a new car he is the guy you need.
